Total lack of parking! I've tried to attend an event 3 times, but I gave up!

Sitting in the handicap spot in the Central Park I'm threatened by a biker telling me that if you stare too long could get you killed. I wasn't even paying attention to this person but he comes up to me for on a bike threatening me for no reason. I'm resting from walking. I wasn't look at him or paying him any attention. Hispanic man with threats on a bike in a public park. No one paying him attention but he rides by me to threaten me. Not Good I came to walk and I am finished taking a call and this happens. Please be careful folks.
