Central Park West Irvine

This would be a decent and safe community if it wasn't for the Astoria building and its new tenants which used to be OK but now its just a criminal element, young with flashy cars and questionable sources of income. I dont think they run a criminal background check at all like they used to and this is why most of the neighbors i knew here are selling or sold and moved out. This is only an opinion but its not a very safe place to live here as you can read from the other reviews. Avoid.

Central Park West is a great little community in Orange County. We need these parking rules to create order within the community or else it will be complete chaos, all the streets would be lined with parked cars which leads to a real eye-sore! Garages are for parking your car (s), not to be used for storage: if you need storage, go rent a storage locker! All first time owners signed a disclosure that clearly explains the parking rules, if a buyer had a problem with the parking rules, then dont buy here! Sellers and landlords need to also be sure to disclose the parking rules to their clients or else they are guilty of fraud and misrepresentation.
