Property manager was very rude, " said he did not feel comfortable renting to me". He was plain rude period.

Its a great place. Cheaper than some others. But all storages are a bit much on price. It really isn't necessarily to be so money hungry to charge so much. If i owned a storage, none would be over $100. $50 is a decent price for those 20ft containers

This is my first time ever having a storage and so far I haven't had any problems. Employees are professional and kind

The staff are very nice to you and would answer any questions you have. I came earlier than my appointment and the staff was still quick to attend me. Everything is straight forward and secured

Irritating that you have to enter your code to get OUT of the gate, but it's clean and I have no issues with them so far

We have a storage unit here, the staff is very friendly and helpful, goes out of his way to assist with anything you need. Facility and grounds are very well kept up. Access to our unit was very accessible. One is able to feel that you and your belongings are safe due to the security features that are in place there.

I went today and was horrified at the amount of insects I came into contact with. I know I seen a carpet beetle and 2 spiders and I also seen what looked like it could be a bedbug.i Hope not! I would be really upset if my things end up being infested. I also had issues with my bill. I paid and they would send me eviction notices, Not sure if I will be with them much longer especially after seeing those insects.

Very expensive & have had a lot of issues with access due to company not posting payments timely or doors not working.

Had a unit for around 8 months. They're good, sturdy units. They don't have climate control or anything, but that just let's them have a lower price, and they even offer insurance. If you're looking for a unit, I'd definitely recommend them.

The front desk manager was very unwelcoming & overcomplicated the process of renting a small unit. They don't even know what their own policies are. Save your time and go to another self storage!
