DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE! I just got my car serviced with my warranty, my car was rummage through and I had stolen items from my vehicle. How can I trust a dealership that steals from the customers that are paying a hefty price for a warranty? THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE

I am very disappointed with the service department. I know the holidays just ended but I’m so sick of the excuse of we are short staffed and we’re swamped. Hire some people! What is the point of having an appointment if they don’t even get to you or even get back to you with information. I won’t throw him under the bus but it just doesn’t seem like the man in charge of my service even cares, cranky and sort with me.

This place has to be one of the worst dealership / service centers u have ever been to. I came here to change my battery on a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I have never had worse service then this. When I received my car with a brand new battery that cost me $647.89, I paid it thinking well at least I will get manufacture parts. Boy was I wrong. I tried to start my car the next day and the car needed a jump again? The battery was brand new, just replaced? Gave them a call and said is it possible the TECHNICIAN Might have left loose connection to the battery or possible faulty battery this is the response I got. There is a slim chance that the battery is faulty, we need to charge you $200 to check even though you just came in yesterday and replaced the battery. There so lazy unprofessional they didn’t even want to check the connectivity of the battery. I took it to another jeep dealership by my work in San Francisco! They took a look and seen the problem connecting cable to the battery was not properly put on they fixed it and I was good to go. Moral of the story is this dealership and this location dose not care about its clients it dosent value your business. Massive rip off and no service to back it up. Do your self a favor and don’t come here even if it’s your last resort. If so prep your self for massive high charges poor workmanship and terrible service.

The staff there were just awesome, just buying my first car, they helped me get it very quick. Tim the staff really helped me with this car gave me great insight on it. As I was waiting, staff gave me food/drink for waiting. Overall just a great dealership, I recommend this dodge dealership with anyone.

I really like this dealership for their service. 2018 Jeep Rubicon JLU with a transmission leak (maybe from rock crawling, maybe not) and the service department really worked with me and my schedule to get this taken care of. It really felt like I got my moneys worth from them. I even watched them go above and beyond for another customer while I was waiting. They seemed very happy as well.
