Very incompetent staff and unprofessional, they ruined my career I’m frequently drug tested at my current department never had a negative test in my life, I visit this facility they made me wait hours then told me my urine was not within temp second test was told urine was not enough even though the cup was almost half filled and above the line never experienced anything like this stay away from this business they will do nothing but harm I hope I can achieve justice I’m definitely pursuing legal action

If it takes 40 minutes to do a drug test on one person, maybe you shouldn’t be in business!

This company doesn’t not deserve a star at all! They do fraud. They do not handle the urine of each person with care, they mishandle it and will give you a positive one. They are a fraud especially the doctor. They get paid to give negative test to those that actually have drug in the system. Make sure you don’t come here, otherwise you will get a call from the doctor saying that he have two results one negative and one positive and doesn’t know which one belongs to you. They are rats! They are being reported to the FMCSA clearinghouse.

If I could give zero stars I would. Due to the incompetence of the girl who administered my test. It cost me a job I had got. Although it was proven to be their error the employer did not care and rescinded their offer after I had put already put in my 2 weeks in with my current employer. So now I am totally unemployed as my current employer filled my role already. All of this is Thanks to their error.
They are aware and have admitted it was their error they don't seem to care. Very disgusted with my experience at this facility.
