Mariahs a terrible person I promise you if something ever happens to my daughter I'm coming after you

Only been with them less than 2 months and changed our counselor twice, after the second I decided to stop Services we really liked our second counselor and felt like we we're getting somewhere with her.

I'm not sure why this place has bad reviews but every time I have been called by one of their receptionists They have always been very kind, especially Mariah. She is a sweetheart, and honestly. My therapist is great and my daughter is looking forward to getting in to see her therapist. I think you guys should give this place to try.

My son got a referral to seek help here. When I tried to make an appointment for him, they told me they don't accept my insurance and that I have to pay out of pocket, I called my insurance and my insurance told me that this place is in network and that they are not sure why they told me this.

I'm so disappointed. I have been trying to seek services for quite some time now through different places/people. Central Valley Family Therapy placed me on a waiting list and 2 months later called with an available appt. Less than 24 hrs later I call to confirm and schedule and they had already given the appt away! What makes it worse is, the receptionist asked if I wanted to be put back on the wait list with 38 people ahead of me. I have been through the most in the last couple of months and trying to find anyone to help is not going to happen at this establishment!

One word: chaos. One therapist after another fleeing this place…this is the 4th time my therapist has changed. I don’t know what’s going on here!

My daughter keeps getting new counselors every other month that I got frustrated and pulled her out of services. I don't understand why this places can't keep staff!

Do not go here! They do not care about people and the person in charge was not accommodating.

They gave me 3 different therapists without notice in less than three months. I just decided to stop going because I lost trust.
