The Keystone Pacific Business Park. Patterson, CA had a faulty Post Indicator Valve (PIV) connected to one of our building's fire sprinkler system. Central Valley Fire Protection came to our site on time and repaired the PIV quickly. The technician came to my office, explained how they made the fix and even replaced a missing sign. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Central Valley Fire Protection to do any necessary service to your building fire sprinkler system.

If I could leave no stars, I would. I work for a facility of developmentally disabled men. We had a small leak in our fire sprinkler system. Now while they may have been responsive, unprofessional is what stood out most. They showed up to work on it with the proper part the next day but sat in the truck for about 30 mins before proceeding to work. Mind you we are charged by the hour. And what was promised to be a simple job took 3 hours and costs us $800 later. We were promised a rate of $125 an hour, which we did not get. They dilly-dallyed around a lot of the time because I kept checking on them. Wasting time to charge our small business money. Taking from our disabled clients by charging an outlandish amount. I'm truly dissatisfied and disappointed. At the end of the service the man was smug and asked for another check for more money with no invoice ready. Im in awe. Especially seeing all the positive reviews. Because that was not at all our experience.
