7Went at around 12 and wasn’t seen till 4: 40 yet they close at 5. What was more disappointing is how you see so many staff there and yet they weren’t doing anything.
They refused to send me copies of my medical records. I will be filling a report agents them.
Waited for 2 hours holding my pee, just to get told to come back tomorrow at 8 am and they close at 5! I would give 0 stars if I can.
Even arriving early doesn't guarantee you will be seen on time. I waited nearly an hour to be called back to a room. Some of the staff are incompetent and disregard what I tell them when they ask me questions. The doctor's are nice though and explain things thoroughly
The only thing that I don’t like is the waiting long in the rooms the staff goes over and Beyond the doctors and Nurses go beyond to help you out it feels like they care
Bad customer service called over phone to see if they got my fax they said they have one fax machine for the whole office so she don't know i didn't want to check she said just email it to them it will be easier and all that with bad attitude do not recommend this place
I am very pleased with Dr. Roemer and his staff they are excellent. Since my first visit they have treated me in a timely manner. From the time I check in it takes them no more than ten minutes to assist me. Dr. Roemer is very patient and pin points the injured area. Great service and friendly staff.
