First appointment for my husband and we are ALREADY having an issue. Spent over an hour filling out all the stupid, mostly useless paperwork. Funny how they didn't ONCE mention a urine sample would have to be done BEFORE he could see the doc. MAYBE had we known this he wouldn't have peed BEFORE we came! So now we have to wait!
Dr. Rhoades was great but the preliminary "stuff" was slightly ridiculous. Why did we spend over an hour filling out the paperwork only to finally be led into a room and have someone input everything we had submitted into a laptop? Seems redundant and a wast of our time.when we questioned it we were told that these sames questions would be asked at every appointment. I can understand asking about a pain level but not the same routine stuff that probably came over from our referring doc and that we submitmitted when filling out the paperwork.and submitted AGAIN when having to repeat it for computer input. Again, complete waste of time.
We had no issue with the doc but the office procedures need some work.

Love this doctor office you are really cared for here. They listen to you and then work with you to find the right treatment plan. Can't say enough good things about CVPM

I had my first visit and it was with P. A Megan. She was very caring and more thorough than my M. D. I really appreciate the help in dealing with my health.

My Wife has been seen by Dr. Rhoades N Staff for years now. She has been treated with the utmost Care, Compassion, Professionalism, Respect N dare I say Love! Nothing but Positive comments to say about this Facility N Staff!

The DEA needs to butt out of their business and let the doctor's do what they went to school for.

They are so professional and understanding in helping you. I have been coming here for years and they always taken care of me.

I can’t say enough good things about CVMP, Sue and Dr. Rhoades! I’ve been coming to them for almost 5 years! Every single person I have been in contact with have been amazing, professional and kind. They always run on time and I’ve maybe had to wait more than 10 minutes once or twice. I have recommended them to many people and would give them 20 stars if I could!

So my old pain medication doctor retired been with him for 10 years never had a problem with my payment Acacian every month I called in or they notify me when it’s available and when it will be filled this place here for two months now has been late on my medication so now I don’t receive it on the 22nd anymore I receive it till the 30th and now the following month I don’t receive on the 30th at all I tried calling numerous times for a whole week leaving voicemails my pharmacist called leaving voicemails and every time I finally get through it says they have no recognition of my phone calls or voicemails neither the pharmacy this is absolutelyUnprofessional so usually I receive my medication on the 22nd and as of now but I am posting this I am on the phone check the date still trying to get my pain medication I just don’t know what’s going on. I have been with this office, sadly, for almost a decade. Never have I had a single problem. Problems do arise as with any medical office but have always been handled professionally and promptly. Even when I've called desperate because of a surgery or broken bones. I've never been treated with any disrespect. As long as you have a legit pain issue and are willing do the work to help yourself; they will all be your best advocate. I've never felt rushed or unheard. I highly recommend Dr Rhoades and his friendly staff to new patients.

Always caring. Sue brings up things I had forgotten. She is awesome, caring, the best! Takes the time to chat, about what I've been doing, how I've been, general things. All in the appointment time. She is so pleasant, I hate for the appointment to end!

I have been a patient there for many years now, i pay cash, and yesterday at my appointment i was told that they will not schedule my next appointment until my balance of 75 dollars is paid. How sad is that during a pandemic, as hard as it is to make money because my husband works for the schools that are shut down, so moneys been tight.and my doctor is refusing to see me until i pay my account off.i have always made my payments, and i have been with them for so long to be treated like this very sad.this is a very heartless facility.i thought it was harsh that within a year period their prices went from 50$ to 75, then to 150, and thats if you only see the assistant. 200 if you see the Dr.but refusing care during a pandemic is even lower! Lets not forget their mandatory drug tests cost 225 each.the only reason i have a balance was because they raised the price on the drug tests, and gave me 4 tests back to back.so i don't recommend this facility any longer

I see the Dr's or their staff every 3 months and have been very pleased. They are always very friendly and helpful. Sometimes the wait is a little longer than others, but always within reason. At the same time I never feel rushed through my visit, as I have with other Dr's I have seen, which have been many over the years. Thank you for your caring.
