Staff is very dry. They don’t offer a direct email to their doctors which is strange given that caring for patients and concerned parents would make things much more efficient, on both ends. Their front desk is also quite off putting. When answering questions, they should be mindful of first time parents genuinely not knowing about the clinic, it’s practices and availability, answering questions charismatically helps ease the confusion.
