Parts department employees are so rude, they just tell you they don’t know all the time. It’s almost like they hate working on that place.

One star because I get there for our order and they didn’t even have it ready for me and they made me load my own cart to take the parts out to my car and the workers are rude

Every Employee I have dealt with here are very helpful, and knowledgeable. Brian has come in clutch and graced me with helpful knowledge and information on their products countless times.

Excellent parts dept. The big serious one came out to my trailer with a brush and camera to help figure out what i needed made some phone calls and what NOBODY else could find or were willing to do he ordered my part at a reasonable cost, But all the counter people there will help like no other buisness will.i will go nowhere else and i live in Bakersfield.

Parts department I don’t recommend this place to anybody garbage customer service person helping out very rude and unhappy and Muniee work there she’s keeping staring at me

The service repair side was very helpful. I was there to pick up a 53 foot trailer and one of the staff members walked outside to show which trailer to take. They all were very nice, helpful and professional.

I had a minor problem with adjusting my tandems on my Utility trailer with a full load on it and they assisted me in lubing the rails as a courtesy. The facility was very clean and organized.
