Great so far. Both Jaime and Stephanie are really responsive and that is a change from some of the other apartments I have communicated with. Community looks great and I expect to continue having a great experience with management and leasing. Will update if needed as time goes on.

My fiancé and I just applied for our first apartment ever! Jaime was so helpful and made the process very easy! Everything was very clean and nice. I absolutely cannot wait to live here.

I've been living here for 9 months and so far it's been excellent! Nice sized apartment with nice amenities. Still pricey because it's California but compared to the other apartments in the area, it's pretty good. And the staff is awesome! Could use more grocery stores and other shopping nearby. That's my biggest complaint.

I stayed at this place for 2 years and enjoyed my stay. This place is closer to I-10, grocery stores, a gas station and mainly Ontario Airport - if you travel a lot.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Apartments were newly renovated in 2016 and are nice. A family friendly apartment complex with no noise.

We have lived here a little over a year and a half. I doubt any apartment is perfect, but this place is about as close as you can get. The maintenance team is always working to keep the grounds clean, fresh, and up to date.

Property management is great. They are very informative, nice, helpful, and all the ladies have a great personality. They collect your packages in case they don’t fit in your mailbox or is too sensitive to be dropped off at your door, they notify you when you have a delivery, they send out emails letting you know about apartment updates/food trucks/strong wind advisories/payment reminders (before you are late) /and general apartment information.

It’s a great place for pets. Plenty of areas for them to do their business, with proper disposal areas. And there is a park near by where you can walk your pets around.

The apartments themselves are pretty quite. We are directly above garages (we occasionally hear them open) but that is about as loud as it gets around here. (Please understand these are apartments, you’ll be living around several families.you may hear occasional chatting in the hallway, or moving in/out. However, most of our neighbors are pretty polite, and we rarely notice them.)

We have our own laundry which is incredibly convenient. The lighting is all energy efficient. We will be getting upgraded thermostats soon. The appliances are up to date (electric). The floors are light faux wood. The rooms are spacious. And you can own a BBQ. We have an elevator. (Talk about making moving day so much easier!) There is also plenty of parking. Centre Club also has pools, spas, tennis court, and a gym.

Also, the complex has food vendors who will set up in front of the office every so often. You can experience a large variety from hamburgers, hotdogs, burritos, to churros and funnel cakes, etc. It’s perfect for those nights you don’t want to cook. Head on down and buy some good food!

These apartments are in a great location as well. You will be close to groceries, shopping centers, schools, entertainment, and even an airport (which you vary rarely ever hear).

If you choose to live here. Please be a proactive member. Say hi to the staff, be kind to the ladies in the front office, pick up after your pets, and inform the staff if the complex isn’t up to par. They can’t fix it, if they don’t know it’s broken. These little things help this location stand out from the rest.

I’m so happy for those who had a great experience, but my and all others in my unit was awful, to start I came from a luxury apt thinking I was coming to luxury (centre club) nothing could have been further from the truth, I was shown a model that looked nothing like my unit “ because it wasn’t ready yet “ once I received my keys I spent 3 days cleaning, complaining about the broken amenities, cut up bathroom and kitchen tiles, glued toilet base, holes in shower, broken faucet handles, the list goes on and on, not to mention when our garage got broken into the office staff said “ call the police “ no compassion at all fortunately we used AAA for renters insurance so the stolen items were replaced, the cameras are there for show they do not work, at least that’s what we were told from office staff.after all that we finally relocate out of that place, to receive a bill for carpet that we didn’t wear shoes in, do yourselves a favor make sure you see your unit before you sign your lease, and watch out for all of the dog waste around the community. My best wishes.

Wonderful experience with Stephanie in the front office. She was with my husband and I every step of the way and acquiring our new home. We are in love with her home.

Apartment is amazingly redone, the only thing I have a issue with is the trash area, they get full really quick. For the most part it’s quiet and plenty of parking for guest. Also the maintenance staff is on point with handling your maintenance request. Office staff is really friendly which is hard to come by these days. Thank you.

This was my first time renting an apartment and I am very satisfied with the customer service that I received from Centre club apartments.all my three dogs are welcome here and it was very hard for me to find apartment that took my three dogs. Very nice upgraded apartment homes with a very clean environment I am very happy to call this place my home

I wanted to compliment the Leasing Office staff; Shawn in particular. My mother accidentally dropped her keys with our trash down the trash chute.
Shawn came to our building and fished the keys out of the dumpster. Thank you Shawn for helping her out. It was above and beyond.

My experience here at Centre Club Apartments has been nothing short of amazing. Everyone in the leasing office is always so great, especially Shaun. He always goes out of his way to help us out!

I would highly recommend moving here to anyone! Stephanie in the leasing office is nothing less than a ROCKSTAR! I love her she so amazing. She answered every single question and concern we had and she did it with a smile. We have ben searching for MONTHS! Honestly Centre Club apartments are the best of the best! If you have a chance please come check them out! You defiantly will not regret it! My family and I are so excited to become a part of the family. We are finally home.

This is a wonderful place to call home! We moved here in 2015 with every intention of only being here for one year. It's now 2017 and we are going to be moving into a different unit in this same complex and don't ever want to move! The few repairs we have needed have been completed in a timely professional manner by a dedicated, friendly staff. The grounds are well maintained. This is a very pet friendly community. We love all our doggie neighbors being dog owners ourselves! The office staff here, especially Stephanie, is outstanding. Every time you pass by them, they say hello. They are always eager to help. Their dedication doesn't end once you sign your lease like at some places. When we first looked at the apartments, Stephanie spent a good hour taking us around, showing us different units so we could be sure we would have what would fit our needs the best. Never once did she rush us or make us feel like we were an inconvenience to her. In fact, she told us that our satisfaction was her job! She has held that same attitude for the two years we have been here. These apartments are in a great location as well. Right off the 10 and 15, close to the 210 and 60. Lots of shopping and restaurants within minutes. The elemtary school is very close and it is a decent school for your kids to go to.

If you are looking for a place to call home, not just a place to live, you should move here!
