It took 15 min for the front desk to sign me in! Joanna was very rude, lied to me and ignored me! Office needs to get help with the front desk. I don't recommend this place!

My MRI tech Ruby was amazing. I had a weird issue of feeling something along to little electrical shocks in the MRI. She figures out that it was caused by me having my hands linked together, she had me unlink them, put a blanket on me, and it was a quick 40 minute MRI. Thank you for having highly qualified techs who put patients minds at ease!)

Ruby was great, the only thing was the receiving was slow process but not bad, Thank you for the great service

First time doing a mammogram and I was super nervous because I heard was very painful. Yes it was somewhat painful and uncomfortable, however Erika try her best and I had a good experience having to do this procedure.

I was received by Johanna at the front desk at center lake imaging. Very courteous, professional. She Was able to squeeze in three appointments for me for the same day such a pleasant person. Thank you very much

My MRI Tech Ruby was so nice! She was very understanding about my claustrophobia/anxiety and helped in anyway she could to make the experience more comfortable.

Lily was awesome. She made sure that I was comfortable with the procedure. She reassured me that if I needed anything to feel comfortable before and during the imaging. She complimented me on cooperating. Had a really good experience

Today I had to go for an MRI. Ruby and Lily were good at explaining the procedures and were patient.

I went in for a MRI Ruby was my tech and she explained every step of my process with such a pleasant and worm approach. Thank you Ruby for being such a caring person The staff was very pleasant.
