Not worth the rent they charge. After a long day at work, I couldn't even take a shower since the water would be shut off half the time I was there. Only a little portion of my money was returned for deposit, and that was after numerous calls. Additionally, everything that required repair due to ordinary wear and tear was charged.never had a gym open. The homeless seem to roam the apartment all the time.

For the most part this is a decent place to live. The laundry room 1 has washing machines that are in there but are not on the app we use to wash. That is an issue for me. No one wants to keep wasting money nor washing products in machines that are not in the correct laundry room. For example in laundry room 1 there is a machine in there that has the #27 on it but the #27 in laundry room 1 sends the money to #27 in laundry room #2 obviously. That needs to be handled. Also in laundry room 1 there are several machines broken that have been for quite some time. We've been living here for nearly a year and they have not fixed the broken ones yet.
Another concern is all of the people coming in and out too freely. Mostly homeless people. Now if they had secured gates like we were told they were getting maybe the traffic of people would not happen as much. I mean all in the back parking lot is random cars there from time to time.
This place also needs more security cameras. Monitored more. Just about a week ago there was a man just hopping over the gate of the pool. That concerns me. Sometimes random people come into the pool, appear to be bathing in the pool and or the jacuzzi. Then leave.
I mean they're raising rent. Then some things should come with that for the tenants. I mean we are paying for things that are not available. Just like the gym, the recreation room can only be used it seems on certain days.
Other than that at least for the most part like I mentioned at the beginning it's a decent place to live. Thank God for a roof over our heads.

I’ve been living here for about 3 years now. I love it here. I seen some reviews mentioning roaches, in my experience, they were only a problem 3 years ago when I first moved in. But after maintenance took care of that problem, I haven’t seen ONE since! That speaks volumes considering other places I’ve lived in could never get rid of them. It’s quiet and it’s peaceful, maintenance is fast and they keep the place clean. My neighbors are really nice, barely ever outside. I feel safe here I would recommend this place to anyone who’s just starting off and wants a cozy apartment that isn’t super expensive. + the freeway is literally 3 minutes away and Walmart is right up the street. I would have expected these apartments to be way more expensive for what you’re getting, honestly, nothing in the IE beats how cheap the rent is here. I pay around $1,100 for a 1 bedroom, so yeah, I’m very happy about that … my building faces the tennis court and I’d say I get one of the best views of the sunrise/sunset which I love, I’d say that’s a steal! ️

Sierra is so nice and helpful, also the manager is super nice as well. She was very patient with me during the rent assistance process. There is one manager, a guy, who’s a little rude but I just avoid dealing with him. All that to say, if you’re looking for a cheap, clean place to live, don’t hesitate and apply to this apartment.

Bunch of scammers, they turned down my application like nothing, didn’t even bother to help me out or ask me to pay a higher deposit! They just said “ we’re closing your application! ” On top of that I paid 56 dollars that were non refundable for the app fee! Ridiculous, already overpriced and they don’t even have have different resources to help potential tenants! Rent somewhere else don’t waste your time or money!

Charged me 17000$ for breaking lease whichever is not even legal in the state of California. For a studio apartment no bigger than anyone's standard living room ridiculousness besides there water is a Cancer itself the place was dirty moving in roaches appeared in the 2wk besides they blocked me from making payments on my own apartment make it make sense

The rent here is far too high for the size of the apartment. 1,776 a month for only a 1 bedroom. In my honest opinion rent for a 1 bedroom shouldn't be more than $1,000 a month. Most everyone in the management office is professional but there is a particular individual that comes off as rude and could use an attitude adjustment I won't put names out there but anyone that deals with any employees in the front office will know who the person is instantly. Considering the apartment was remodeled before moving in we had a broken PVC pipe under the kitchen sink that we discovered the second day after moving in, the drain would constantly clog up on the bathtub the first shower we took, the tub epoxy sealer cracked only a couple months into living there. The apartments use a hotel style A/C unit which can barely keep the place cool enough to live in on a 100 degree day and the floor gets very warm from the plumbing of the hot water pipes being close to the surface due to poor construction of the complex a long time ago. Not worth the 1,800 plus a month spent. Don't waste your money moving to this location. Find something better. Not to mention but I will they do inspections and complain about every little thing. I think they do it to keep track of everything so they can keep the deposit at the end and screw their residents out of more money. Crooked business is what this place is. 1 last thing is that there are many homeless people around the area and this area has a high crime rate. If you have a child and a wife or girlfriend staying with you be sure not to have them outside after dark. I don't trust this area at all at night.

We recently had an issue with the dishwasher and bathroom faucet. Beto and the office staff responded immediately. He was kind and did a superior job with the repairs. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I love these apartments. The maintenance service is super quick and they fix things. I’m so happy here. Veto is the best.

Sierra was quick to respond to my email inquiry about leasing and kindly gave a room tour the same week. Another female leasing consultant kindly aided us on the first day with the agreement. I definitely appreciate the many features (tennis court, volleyball court) as well as the nice new appliances. The neighbors seem nice too. I definitely recommend choosing your apartment # wisely for the best experience.

Leasing Consultant Sierra we out of her way to make sure I was comfortable with my selection. She gave me a complete tour of the property and detailed my options. I was able to move in within a week of my decision to lease. The property is very quiet and in a good area and clean. The amenities were a big catch for me. Parking has mever been an issue for me here. Neighbors are friendly and I couldn't have made a better decision.

As someone who has lived here for a while, I have a couple things I could chime in to say! Overall, living here I’d say is between 4-5 stars…. Management is very kind and awesome, I feel super comfortable with them and that’s nice considering I’m right in front of the leasing office. I think that’s one of the only drawbacks, I don’t feel too safe living here compared to my last apartment. It’s always interesting here, never really too bad, but interesting. People overall are very friendly in my experience here so far. I wish they could put another dumpster or trash near the front of the complex, but that’s really about it. Thankful we have covered parking and a heated hot tub! I’ve heard a lot about roaches in these reviews but I have only seen them maybe once or twice so far in my months here.:) I like it here. For safety I might move next lease but it’s definitely up for debate.:)
