I showed up 10 minutes early to my appointment and they would not see me, because I was not 30 minutes early! This was the most unprofessional office staff.

Every time I call when I’m sick and need to see a doctor they never have anything within the timeframe you’d like to feel better but instead send you to the urgent care. If I wanted to go to urgent care I would have called them. I’d like to see a dr who I could establish rapport with and get sone real help. I won’t be calling them again.

Very bad service on getting your yearly blood work done by not facilitating ahead of time the work order so your results could be ready on the day of your physical and checkup appointment. Instead they have you wait and then have to come back again on at least in two weeks just to have them tell you your results. And also to get a regular check up appointment is so far out it’s time to plan one year ahead in this office.

Called office this afternoon around 2 because my husband was having pain while urinating, When staff finally answered the phone she and I told her what was going on, she said that she would TEXT (?) the doctor and get back to me. Called again at 4: 45 pm because I hadn't received a call back. Nobody was available to answer the phone so I was forced to leave a message. THEY CLOSE AT 5 PM!
