Have been using this business for years. Today I brought in a trenchcoat to be cleaned. I was there at 6: 01 (was what my phone said, as I got back in my car to type this review). I walk in the door and was told " we are closed, it is 6: 02pm" I said " well you should have the door locked and the sign that is blinking open shut off". I turned around and walked out. Will bring my business elsewhere since she was too busy to intake 1 item.
