Corrine hung up. I called back and spoke to Matt. Told him I was rudely hung up on and he said "sorry to hear that" and hung up too.

Real organizations that call you already have your name attached.

I've currently been with this company for almost 4 years and somthing isn't right. They told me after 10 years my student loans would be forgiven as long as I work for a job that was hired by the state. But I dont believe in 2028 they will pay off my loan. When I talk to them they seem as though they are.in a small room taking calls. They can never send me out any documents ever. I do not trust them.

Total Scam
I received their number as a possible method of loan forgiveness. After giving a bunch of my basic info, I was told it may be close, but they think they can get me approved. And guess what I was approved. They were able to reset my FAFSA login (making me think its legit) and told me they could get me into the program and loan forgiveness for only $49/month. After more conversation, I started asking more questions and the rep got more and more anxious and testy. So irritated to the point he told me, as long as I have been on the phone with you, I could have helped so many others. Of course, as a potential customer I wasn't too happy with his tone and told him before I E-sign any documents I want to know what I'm getting into. I asked him what company they are he hesitantly told me Certified Enrollment Center, a doc prep company. I wasnt too thrilled at this but proceeded forward. Only to find out the $49/month was actually $199/month for 6 months and then $49 the rest of the program. But wait, Joe made a mistake it turns out its not $49, its $132/month. At this point, I knew something wasnt right and stopped the process there. Joe said he understood and I could call him back tomorrow with a decision. I asked him to email the documents and more about the program and of course they couldnt because of company policy. YEAH RIGHT. I dont know if they are legit company, but I can definitely say they are shady and I wouldnt trust them as far as I could throw them.

I worked for them briefly until things wasn't adding up. Their number one way to scamming you is getting you to help them reset your fasa login. After they do that they ca access your master promisary note and then they have all of you information. SS number references address all at the time of your loan signing. They trained us to get into your loan information as quickly as possible to download your loan.txt file. Resulting in knowing all of your loan details making it look like we was legit. The address for this place is a shopping plaza i can assure you thats not where the shady call center was than changed its company name daily on the wall. I no longer work in phone sales. I quickly got out and work a honest dollar for fear I was doing something wrong.

DO NOT give them your money!

The services they offer are FREE if you actually call your loan provider and speak with them! All of the positive reviews you see about them are from employees who work there and are trying to prey upon the uninformed and vulnerable.

I don't know what these other reviews are talking about but please do your research before doing anything that involving your student loans!
So i'm just a recent graduate and I thought I can get the ball rolling by try to get to student loans forgiven since the pandemic and the hard times, I was under the impression that I would just pay a one time fee and that would be it. $480 dollars taken out of account, I didn't have enough for bill and the payment called and asked for a refund of them money they said they'll deposit it back into my account a week went by they said they'll send me a check in the mail, nope nothing and I told them that I can only afford half the amount, then today the took more money that I don't have to give for something that could be done for Free! PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THESE COMPANIES THAT CLAIM THAT THEY CAN DO SOMETHING FOR YOU! ANOTHER COMPANY THAT LIKE THIS IS Certified Enrollment Center. PLEASE DO NOT THINK THAT IT'LL BE EASY ENOUGH! I WILL BE REPORTING YOU TO THE BBB, CFPB, and the Federal Trade Commission

These people are NOT honest. They told me they could lower my payments for a set period of time and I would not have to re-certify again, which was the only reason I agreed to go with it. They drafted a chunk of money out of my checking acct and my payments were not what they promised because somebody looked at the wrong schedule. I was told I would be refunded and now I’m told no refund. I suggest nobody use these people. They talk the talk but can’t walk the walk. Very sorry I ever got involved.

This service is provided for free if you go directly to your lender and ask for assistance. Don't get taken for your hard earned money!

Mike P.is the man. He saved me thousands of dollars. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and well informed. If your feeling confused and overwhelmed by your student loan debt, then this is the company for you. Its not easy making sense of all your options, and there are some corrupt institutions out there. These guys are straight shooters and take the confusion out of the equation. They have free legal consultation available as well. Two thumbs up!

I paid $1500 to help with my student loans. Being a single mom I've struggled but thought this would help me a great deal. Well guess what? I was dooped bc I paid them and they did nothing. My student loans are now being taken out my check for being in default. So I'm barely making ends meet and now it's even harder and I'm out $1500 I could desperately use. My advice to anyone is have yourself removed from the calling list and deal directly with the student loans department.

Working with Certified Enrollment Center has been life changing for me and assisted me so much with saving money and being Forgiven for my Student loans. All the representatives at this company are always so helpful in making sure my needs are taken care of especially Andrew A.the representative I recently talked to who helped me change my current payments for my convenience. Great Customer Service!

It just takes some time. But if you are serious and give them all the proper info, they will help you get the job done. Yes a little pricy, however well worth the money.

I was contacted by certified enrollment center a couple of types before actually giving the company a chance. Life gets busy and you never know if individuals are being integral and genuine. I recently was sent a bill from my loan provider and it wasn't correct so I reached out to certified enrollment and a conference call was scheduled to rectify the situation. Treicy H.was my representative and she was absolutely AMAZING. She handled all the calls (we were transferred quite a few times) with grace, strength, professionalism, and above all integrity. She fought for me and I felt so protected in an otherwise overwhelming situation. I would've been drowning in the conversation as I have no knowledge on what pertinent questions to ask. Treicy was quite frankly the best. I so appreciate her and the company! I'm so glad I finally took that call and gave certified enrollment center a chance.

Tracy helped find a mistake in my consolidation & get it fixed in the same day. She provided a conference call, stayed on line w/ me & explained what & who made the mistake. She requested a supervisor to verify the information was correct.

We are still in the middle of the student loan process, so I can only state my experience with CEC thus far. So far I am totally pleased with the way they are dealing with everything. They are extremely capable of dealing with all aspects of the process and have stayed in close communication with me, explaining what to expect and what to do. I haven't had to try to hunt them down because they are always right there with me. They really know what they are doing and nothing seems to catch them by surprise. I really feel like I'm in good hands. Watch for my final review when everything is done. I'm willing to bet that CEC is 5 star all the way and have proved to be worth every penny. I could never have done this myself.

I got a call from them around October regarding my student loan forgiveness and the process went by fast and I was very happy with the person who called me! But For some reason I keep sending my federal income to them to complete my application and they did not receive it and as months passed by, the due date for my loans with another party got closer so I gave FSA a call and i got the best customer service through Treicy. She helped me out through the entire process very patiently. I am so glad I got her on the line! If I need any help in the future she will be the one I will be contacting from now on!

Certified is the way to go! They have helped me tremendously with re submitting repayment plans. When my loan servicer screwed up Tracy helped me out and spoke on my behalf. She knows what she is talking about and does not back down!

Thank you Jasmine for helping me better understand the status of my loans and taking the initiative to create assurance for my confusions. You are awesome!
The feedback that I have for certified enrollment center (at least for my experience) is that I wish they would be more communicative and supportive for the status of my loans. I often found myself calling the center because I wanted updates for my loans and reminded them about payments from my previous provider. It would be more helpful if they reached out often to assure the progress of my loan application. This is a big deal because I am no expert on this matter and I am trusting this organization with a lot of money. Besides that worry, every time I voiced a concern over the phone, they were helpful and informative to the best of their ability. Speaking with Jasmine recently inspired a lot of ease because she made sure that I received all the information that i needed. Thank you.
