Light and refined flavors. Absolutely delicious. The Da Hong Pao Chappuccino was great. Interesting menu with good season items as well. Also friendly and helpful staff. Loved this place!

Love the dahongpao chappuchino and osmanthus oolong. They use paper cups so not Instagrammable, but this also tells me that they really focus on the flavor of the tea.

Love the combination of milk tea and cream! Minus 1 star for not being able to find parking

A strangely upscale feeling really cute place. A little pricey but that's everywhere. I LOVED the atmosphere and the smell of tea was very nice. I wish I could sit in their window for hours

Below average matcha for a place that claims to have ceremonial matcha, really just tasted like the sugary milk you’d get at Starbucks. Was really hoping to find something better here, as there aren’t places to get good matcha in Pasadena.

Lychee drink was also just okay.

Why I didn’t find this tea shop earlier? If you are looking for an outstanding milk tea place, this place is a must go. For the past few weeks since I got my first tea drink from here, I have been visiting here a couple of times a week. Refreshing peach chappuccino is my favorite. It’s so smooth, fragrant and has a balanced flavor of tea and milk. I usually ordered it with boba and unsweetened, but recently I found it tastes even without boba (the pure blend of tea and milk flavor itself is perfect). But this is absolutely personal. I’ve also tried other drinks like avocado strawberry smoothie, Jasmine chappuccino, Sri Lanka cha latte. All of they are amazingly great!

Hot or cold drinks. Boba optional. May select sugar level as well to adjust for more sweetness.

This place was really good. I only went once so far, but I will be back. It's a great place for grown up tea.

I’ve been visiting this location a lot recently and their tea always taste good.

However today it really ruined my experience. Placed online order and paid for my order in advance. Drove 20 mins there, and figured out they were not even open. I called them and they refused to cancel my online order from their side.

If you knew you wouldn’t be able to open the store then the basic manner would be turning off your 3rd party food ordering app. Waste of my time and money and I still need to dispute the charge through credit card company.

There was another confused customer also paid for his order in advance, waiting at the door for a while and trying to grab attention from a staff member inside and figure out the refund issue. But the female staff member was intentionally ignoring both of us even though she could see us. I had to call them and talk to that staff member over the phone while we could literally see each other through the glass.

Got the Chamomile Medley with 25% sugar and light ice; it was so good and refreshing! I only wish they had other toppings aside from boba, but I love that their straws and cup lids are compostable/more eco friendly here.

The entrance can feel the rich milky fragrance and the thick tea fragrance, which is impressive！

This place is so good I almost don’t want to share it. I would recommend the recommended ones on the menu! The milk tea has impeccable taste!

The location in Pasadena is new but still had great customer service the wait time was not bad at all and the food is really good. I went with the spicy level and it is definitely spicy but still has flavor you can taste

Is make me so happy, excellent tea, I love the DHP Chap oat w/HC, u can find street parking around it, next door parking is $6/hr, I don’t know is it same exactly with China 長沙，very love this store, my daily drink instead Starbucks

I came across and found this new milk tea spot. It's a cozy tea place with fancy interior design. I highly recommend their tea, which was top with the milk foam layer. We tried 4 different items of Cha's this time, and all of them were tasty. Peach tea was my favorite one, and I was impressed by they used high-quality tea to make fresh tea. I definitely will back to try other items.
