Chaat Bistro reviews
20One of the Best! Indian food in the Sacramento area. I highly recommend anyone in the Sacramento area to check them out. Also the service is impeccable.
We tried Chaat Bistro on a whim while out shopping and are so glad that we did!
This restaurant was very clean and so were the restrooms (this matters!). They had the football games on so that was nice too.
The food was delicious. We ordered the Paneer Pakora, Butter chicken (medium spice) with rice, and the Saag Paneer (medium spice) with garlic naan and an extra side of naan. The pakora came out quick and the serving size was pretty big. Both main dishes were amazing. The bowls that they serve them in are beautiful and traditional. The medium spice was perfect but I would call it medium+ so if you like only a little spice, you should get mild.
The service was great. You order at the counter and the man helping us answered all of our questions with ease. He brought our food out quickly and it was piping hot when it arrived. He also checked to see if we enjoyed the food at the end of our stay.
Indian cuisine is typically pretty pricey but you definitely get what you pay for so we don't mind the splurge for authentic Indian food. We paid $56 with included two fountain drinks.
You will not be disappointed and you should definitely come and enjoy the food!
Chaat Bistro is always on hit! Fresh, hot and so delicious! The service is always good and accommodating! It's our favorite place now
Spent $30 on their tandoori mixed grill. The meat had a freezer burnt taste to it smashed everything into one tiny little plate no rice no naan. After a couple bites stomach started hurting instantly.it was just horrible. I would not recommend this place to anybody shopping in Delta Shores
Oh My Goodness! So amazing. I just ordered from here and the food is so fresh and flavorful. I feel like I'm having an out of body experience. I will absolutely be eating here again.
Food is surprisingly really good considering this isn’t a normal sit down restaurant. You order with a cashier. Only thing that was odd is the Lamb Vindaloo had no potatoes.
OMG THEE ABSOLUTE BEST INDIAN FOOD I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. DON'T TAKE IT FROM ME, FIRANGI JI, GO CHECK OUT THEIR MENU. THEIR PANI PURI IS THE PINNACLE OF PANI PURI EXISTENCE. AND THE FOOD ISN'T THE ONLY GREAT THING ABOUT THIS RESTAURANT. THE PEOPLE WHO RUN IT ARE JUST AS ADMIRABLE AS THEIR FOOD. THANK YOU CHAAT BISTRO! I'LL BE BACK SOON AS ALWAYS!
This is the best Indian food restaurant in the whole city of Sacramento. They have top quality service (I didn’t like the rose syrup on my kulfi so the owner said he could make me another one without charge, which shows how much the owners care about providing top quality food.) They are truly customer-focused as opposed to currency/transactionally-focused like most restaurants these days. The space is very clean, the food is top quality, and service is exceptional, one that you would typically find at a Michelin star restaurant. 100% recommend. Thank you for sharing your passion of food and genuine connection with us! Delta shores is lucky to have a business like yours.
They charged more than a dollar on each item you buy basically they are stealing because their prices are already high plus they steal I’m uploading their screen menu prices plus the receipt please check your receipt before leaving the store so they don’t rob you
Wonderful experience at this nice place. We just tried Fish Pakoras and Bhel Puri. Both were cooked to perfection and the spice levels were just perfect. Owners are very friendly and have kept the place very clean. Bathrooms smelled nice too. A must come back place.
UPDATE: So we happened to be in the vicinity of Chat Bistro the very next day and we decided to have dinner there. This time we ordered Mango Fish Curry, Spicy Fish Curry along with Naan, Rice, Daal and some Vegetables. Everything was packed with flavors and yummy taste. Great service once again. The owner recognized us from yesterday and was very helpful in selecting our dishes. Highly recommend this place.
Food was very flavorful and delicious. I also appreciate that spicy levels are actually spicy.
First time trying this place. I had the chicken biryani and butter chicken. Absolutely amazing, the team was really nice and friendly. I'm making this my go-to place.
I go out to eat often and I am extremely picky. This is probably the best find for me in two years. The food was extremely flavorful with just the right amount of heat. I can't stress how happy i am to have found this place
Food was okay. I wouldn't go out of my way to come to this place. I'm a but concern why there is a price difference between what is listed on the menu and what is charged.
The food was delicious! The customer service was beyond great. Me and my hunny just decided to stop in on a whim, and it was the best decision we made.
Nice and clean new restaurant. We ordered butter chicken, chicken curry and vegetable samosas, everything was really good. Definitely recommend
I just had lunch here Thursday. I am plant based and the food is absolutely some of the best Indian cuisine I've had.
I have determined after visiting them for the past month that I will taste every vegetarian dish they have.
I had the Matar Paneer dinner plate with the Dal of the day (Black lentils), garlic naan, and veggie samosas split with myself and one other person.
You have got to try this place!
I will be a regular
It is a self order place. We were here to try appetizers based on the ratings and ordered papdi chaat, dahi bhalla chat and gobhi manchurian. Overall it is quite a disappointment. There was not enough seasoning on chaaat with little chutney which was quite bland. While the gobhi manchurian was full of salt and soya sauce. When you name your place with anything to do with chaat, you cant go wrong in seasoning and with your chutneys. That’s the point. Service was quick but I doubt I will ever return.
Food was excellent, perfect spice level as ordered, plenty of meat in dish, rice was nicely flavored with cardamom (I think.) would def go back, inside was nice and cool, took food to go.
Came in here CRAVING some bomb Indian food and my expectations were met graciously! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Personally my favorites are the a chicken Tikka Masala and Chana Masala, both of which were, very good. The owner Rohan answered any questions I had and was happy to make some recommendations for next time including the Mango Curry, the Daal Makani and the Vindaloo. Can’t wait to come back soon!
