We arrived after our son got out of high school on a Friday. Our first visit here because of nearby location and open until 7pm. Our son is very critical about how his hair looks. Even with several guests ahead of him, the wait was very short. After he was seated, she was done in about 15 minutes and did a very good job. Our son is satisfied with the result. We will surely return and highly recommend Chabot Haircuts!

My husband found this place for cutting his hair first, and the lady here is the first person he found in years who could cut his hair right- light brunette that's soft and wavy.
After he found out she does women's cut too, I decided to try it out. And it's at least as good as the $100 haircut I used to get. In fact I think it might be better for my hair - super fluffy slightly wavy Asian hair. When I get my haircut here, it grows out better, while when I got my hair cut at those expensive places, they might look good at first, but almost always started looking weird about a month after.
We've been getting our hair cut here for a couple years now, and it always come out great. The place does not look fancy, but very clean, and for less than a third of the price, I'm more than happy to forego the"experience" part of getting hair cut

Love this simple salon. I had my best haircut from this salon last year during Covid and again this past weekend. Owner is very kind and attentive. She actually listens to you and does exactly what you ask, unlike most other hair salons. I am so pleased with the service and affordable price. Will continue going here for cuts!
