New favorite boba place! Great service, the boba always tastes fresh, and there are plenty of milk alternatives!

Update 2nd drink. Strawberry green tea was good.
Next time I need try more.

My new favorite boba milk tea in SoCal! Of all the hundreds I’ve tried. This is best I’ve had so far! Very nice and polite staff as well.

Oreo Brulee milk tea at 50% sweetness was perfect for my oreo loving son and husband to share.

Always good stuff, literally nothing to complain about.

I usually alternate between the Roasted Oolong milk tea (less ice half sugar) or the Superfruit tea, and both are great, especially for the prices.

Super fast service, inside is always kept clean, usually come here to hang out with friends and chat with a drink.

First time here and service was great, super nice and quick! I got the passion fruit green tea (half sweet w/boba) and it’s one of the best i’ve had! Love the lemon/lime finish!: 3

I've only started ordering Brown Sugar drinks this year so this might be very anecdotal, but this is the best one I've drank.

I ordered the Brown Sugar Bobo Fresh Milk to go and when I drank it at home it was so good. The boba was chewy and warm, the drink had a beautiful layer look with the milk on the top and the brown sugar was flavorful.

Came here on a whim since it was on my list of places to try and will keep coming back if I eat in the area.

Love this place! Their boba is yummy, i especially love their fruit yakult, i usually pick the lemon and go with 50 sugar and less ice.it's sweet enough as is:)

A minimalist boba shop cozily tucked away in a corner of Convoy Village Shopping Center. Lots of seating in its spacious interior. Wide selection of cheese foam drinks! We tried the Uji Matcha w/ Cheezo and the Toasted Brulee Boba Matcha. Cup sizes were pretty large, matcha was good quality, and boba was soft, warm, and chewy. I also got 50% sugar and felt that it was the perfect amount of sweetness for my drink. Wasn’t too busy when we came around 2 PM but this plaza gets super packed and busy around dinnertime. Will visit again!

Such a nice aesthetic inside and seems to be run by great people. Passion fruit tea was fantastic.

I'll admit, I'm still getting acquainted to good boba spots. I've been to Chakaa a few times before but usually opt to forego the boba here and instead choose a rival's offerings instead. I decided to expand my horizons and give Chakaa another shot and was pleasantly surprised. The lavender tea tastes just the right amount of sweet and the boba is fresh and just the right spongey!

Second time coming here and the prices have reduced (if I remember correctly). Boba drinks are around 5.65-6$. It’s a good portion of boba for the price, and the boba itself is good quality. It was warm when we got it, which was a good sign. The boba was fresh and perfectly sweet and chewy. I got Jasmine milk tea with cheese foam and boba, 75% sweet. The sweetness was perfect, and I think regular ice is good as well.

As a Taiwanese, I can only say that the taste of pearl milk tea is not to my taste. The pearls are pretty good. I will try other drinks next time. If it tastes good, I will recommend it and change it to five stars!

This is my favorite grapefruit slush in san diego! The strawberry one was really good. I wish I knew about this spot before!

Best in town. The way they boiled the tapioca pearls were so perfect. The tea was really good, not too sweet. Staff was friendly and polite. If you like brown sugar fresh milk, you should try it here. Chakaa is now my most favorite bubble tea shop.
