I have financed many cars in my life and this financial service has to be the worst by far. They took over my contract on- feb, 7th it's Feb 13th and the put a repo out on my car over a misunderstanding via the banks. It has been a absolute
nightmare trying to talk and work things out with my case worker, Vicky S, in customer service. She was very rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, demanding, unethical, and showed extreme mercilessness. She never explained to me that my account was now under a different lein holder. She never intruduced herself to me. She called repeatedly and aggressively before i got writing verification that cfs was now incharge of my account. She never informed me of any delinquentcy. She just called and asked very frankly " is this-? Are you ready to make a payment. Pay today or we will repo your car. " I tried to explain my confustion via the banks.and she argued with me. Stating I wasn't on the phone with anyone from the cfs today.when I was. She refused to transfer me to her manager. I had to call the main number and I cleared everything up via her manager. I will be seeking a new lein holder. Nasty and mean women.

Hi I finance a car in challege financial but the first month spent the car most time in the dealer do all issues mechanic problem I try asking them for help and lower my car payment they only demand the car payment no help at all.

I think it is funny people bad mouth companies for trying to collect money you owe and signed a contract for. I pay my truck payment on time every month. Simple you don’t ever have to talk to “rude customer service" also they offer so many ways to pay! I am
confused why everyone writes horrible reviews. I get it, we all have mishaps however, do not blame the company for them! They offer
credit to “challenged credit” &&& take a "RISK" doing so. So thank You Challenge for your loan to help us get into a beautiful great silverado truck! Staff is very rude I did an over payment on my vehicle and they wouldn't refund me my money even after providing proof they are scammers dont recommend this place stay away! Will never return as a customer.

Very rude and disrespectful. I made a BBB complaint. Never go through this company. There website claims they have friendly staff here to help? What a joke.

The lady that was over my loan, Sophia, was great. Last year my wife was diagnosed with cancer and that lessened our income. She worked with us the whole time. Well I was unable to keep paying so I had to return the car. She understood and helped. But then some fool called me demanding a payment. I explained I was going to return the vehicle. He then demanded the mileage so he can determine what he can get the auction and so he will know what he can sue me for. He was rude and spoke to me in a degrading way. Sophia is a great representation of Challenge Financial but this other fool made Challenge Financial look bad.

Well I can truly say that everyone's experiences as far as the Customer Service is Spot on! Their Customer Service and Professionalism is by far the worst I ever experienced. However they do give you a chance if u have bad credit and report to Experian (that's it) interest rate is high but that's to be expected when u have bad credit. I definitely wouldn't use them again just based off their Customer service but they did give me a chance when I needed so hey ‍️ my advice is to use them as a stepping stone if u have bad credit, pay the loan off, then seek a different bank for future purchases. Preferably one that reports to all the recredit bureau's.

Describing my situation I’ve had my car 2 years now but I’ve get harassed so much from the company off that back. At first they were good but so many scam call from them. I do not recommend this company they bug and even though payments go through and my car is getting paid they harass me and make me feel uncomfortable giving me anxiety and please challenge financial do not comment or reply back to this review

Used to be a good company where people like me with changed credit could get a second chance to build credit and get a care … i’m all finished with payments already but felt like i had to share.when Fred took care of me great customer service i always felt confident and open to communicate.now it’s not the same.females or females are pretty sarcastic and rude

I had a car financed through challenge and my vehicle was considered a total loss due to a car accident. The car was then paid off by gap insurance and the company did not want to pay the repair shop the storage fees. So challenge then issued a repossession so they could remove vehicle from premises after the shop was closed. Because of this my credit is affected and shows I have a repossession when I paid my payment even when the vehicle was in the repair shop waiting for insurance to go view the car. I have called and they do not have any awnser for me as to why this is on my report or even given me awnser on how to remove this.

Do not use challenge for your loan. My wife has been with them for 4 years and all the staff are very rude including her rep Javier. She has always made her payment on time and has only made 1 deferment through the entire loan. She called today to see if she could settle the balance for what she's paid due to financial hardships and the balance almost being paid off and they weren't willing to work with her at all even though 95% of the loan has been paid.

Worse customer service one person tells me something and the next person tells me different they don't help for anything they claim I didn't have auto insurance till I proved them wrong they should close this financial service.

Very rude unprofessional customer service team Ricardo needs to be Fired. Lack of understanding, lack of communication skills, We clear stated can we pay our car note a week later due to new employment. He stated they don't give out a grace period at all. Come up with the payment or your car will get tooking. Like the company needs to comply with some needs of the customers concerns. Everyone needs help every blue moon.

Worst customer service ever! They only have a one time help if your having financial hardship.which I know other companies have more options then just one.
They say I give you until Thursday to make a full payment and then you receive a text message saying your account is with the recovery team and its only Wednesday.
The guy Ricardo is very rude and aggressive on the phone
The manager Jacqueline is very rude and unprofessional and they don't try to explain things to you properly.
Worst company having to deal with there employees being unprofessional and rude.

I understand that with any lender there will be problems, and there are plenty I would not even call. However, I had bad credit a few years ago when I tried to purchase my car and Challenge was the only one to approve me. My experience with them has been a positive one. Once they called me to ask if I was still happy with the car and if everything was ok with it. I thought that was nice. Another time I received a call letting me know I qualified for being financed again. Obviously I'll take a break from car payments, but I would not hesitate to do business again with Challenge. Thank you for a good experience!
