I went in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. My pedicure lady was very nice and did a great job. The manager was doing my nails and did a horrible job on the manicure. The nails weren’t even after I told her I didn’t like the shaping. She ignored me and continued anyway, the polish was lumpy also. I asked her to fix them and she just kept painting away. I finally asked her to take off the gel. She was very rude, and harsh on my nails with the machine. I will never be going back. Let me tell you the place wasn’t even busy when me and my aunt went in.

WORST! Place to get your nails done, bad costumer service it was just really bad experience for a first timer there. A older man did my manicure an I was really disappointed he did horrible job an was giving attitude because I pointed out on one of my nails that didn’t look right. I mean I’m going to be paying for the work he need to do better job, all I’m saying is if he doesn’t enjoy doing nails why work stay home an watch tv instead never going there again

Had my pedi cure and manicure there for a wedding, omg they did terrible job they don’t do what you tell them, they were all crook it
They should say they’re not good at doing something instead of just trying to get money. I got my eyebrows done let her know I didn’t like them she “fixed” them. She ruined the shape of my eyebrows.
Their team was extremely kind in helping my sister and I celebrate her birthday! They were efficient. We both had regular mani/pedis done in around 1 hour! I did have bubbles on 4 finger nails and 1 big toe but overall I was impressed with their service and grateful for the pampering. Thank you Champagne Nails!
