I had a most pleasant experience visiting the Chanel fragrance department downstairs. After calling ahead to confirm they had the scent I wanted, I was met by their helpful team of associates. Besides great customer service, they provided samples that have helped me make further informed decisions on fragrance products for those I love. I will surely be visiting this team again before Christmas.

Great store! Expected it to be bigger. All of the employees were nice when we came by last weekend. Expect employees to push you to buy! It wasn’t very crowded. Very clean & spacious restrooms. Come here for your designer, luxury items
