5Saw Dr. Chang as a first time patient. He was thorough in his work up and addressed all of my questions/requests in detail. His bedside manner was also delightful. Would highly recommend Dr. Chang.
Dr. Chang is a responsive, effective, and efficient physician. He has been able to refer to me to the specialists I need, process appropriate referrals on the same day, and treat some conditions for which I otherwise would have had to make another appointment to see a specialist. He also accepts patients on Medi-Cal, bolstering the point that he puts people over profits. Rarely is the wait time longer than a couple of weeks to see him. I strongly recommend Dr. Chang-regardless of your insurance status.
This guy is worst Dr, he missed diagnosed me and I suffered for years ; for something simple.

Great doctor, our work offered us Kaiser plans so I had to change but I was a fan of Dr. Changs.
I’ve been going to Dr. Chang for a few years. I don’t go often but when I do his staff is great and he is very good at listening and helping you. I feel he is very personable and relates to you. I would highly recommend him.
