They charge you extra to use hot water or warm water? Ridiculous! No air conditioning, no parking. Machines take your quarters and don’t credit the machine so you lose $$$

I like it here because of the attendant; Luis. He has shown me exceptional service. I feel as though he has gone above and beyond to make sure I got superb customer service. Thank you All for the clean environment and great service.

I've been using Change is Good Laundry place for a while. It's pretty small, but it works GREAT, and the timing on how long my clothes will take isn't long. The staff are pretty nice when I see them as they are off doing a task for customers or working on restocking. Overall my time using Change is Good, has been wonderful. I'll keep coming back always. I'll also say, the cost is pretty good. 5-10$ to wash and dry mostly everything, is a good price in change

About your only option if you are looking for a COIN operated laundry. Place was clean, machines were clean and most were in working order.

Me and my family do our laundry there and we like cause the staff are good at there job and helpful as well the place is clean and the people who wash there as well are just good all around people thank you for being there the best Laundry spot in Esco.

I came here almost every week when it wasn’t busy because it’s clean close to home and affordable but now they’ve raised the price of washing which okay fine but for drying. One quarter gave me three minutes. 3!? How much am I supposed to spend now trying to dry my clothes?

Used to come here all the time.now it’s 3 mins per quarter to dry back then it was 7 mins per quarter what a rip off… dryers don’t even dry as good anymore. Looks like your spending more money on drying then washing

Besides the location being convenient, the night manager, Luis is very attentive & helpful. On more than one occasion, he’s had to step up and be the role of security as well as manager.
If ever a descrepancy with a machine, he’s there to make things right.
