Channel Point Apartments, Long Beach CA

I really, really loved my time here at Channel Point. Vesna was really welcoming and helpful, from my first tour to the leasing process and all the way through my final day. Maintenance was lighting-fast and did an incredible job each time. The property is well-maintained and beautiful, and my neighbors were top-notch. All in all, I was sorry to leave and I will miss living here. Thanks for everything!

1) Maintenance blows dirt, dust, stones and debris from the road and near by area with their leaf blower straight into our apartment windows. Our complaint to the office did not help. 2) Website says they allow cats only, but we see dogs at the property every day.

They'll keep your security deposit even if you clean the apartment completely and leave it in excellent condition.

I've been a resident for 13 years and love living here! Quiet and serene with beautiful landscaping. Apartment and community has everything we need with great location. Fantastic office and maintenance staff, quick to respond to any of our needs. Highly recommend!

I have lived here for over 5 years and love it! The property is extremely well maintained and has beautiful landscaping. The amenities including Clubhouse, Fitness Center, Courtyard and Pool are all exceptional - like a resort! Maintenance requests are responded to immediately and very promptly handled. The entire staff here is friendly, professional and very caring. They truly want you to have a great experience living here. The apartments are very upscale with a lot of storage and larger balconies to have full patio furniture, gardening and entertaining. Garages are also available for many units. I highly recommend living here.the community is quiet, and neighbors are refreshingly friendly and respectful.

Fell in love with amazing property during my extraordinary tour. Kathy and Vesna went above and beyond during my entire application process and continue to do so throughout my residency here. Maintenance, just like the leasing office, is doing the same above and beyond work, keeping apartment homes in amazing condition. Channel Point has lush landscaping. Cleanliness is top notch. Very nice amenities. The entire property is very inviting.
I love to stop by the leasing office because I am always greeted with a genuine smile and always feel welcome.

Living at Channel Point has been wonderful, the property is well kept, beautifully landscaped, wonderful outside seating with bbq, pool and spa. The office staff have been nothing but amazing and very helpful. Maintenance goes above and beyond anything that I have ever expected at any community I have lived in. 5 out of 5 stars wish I could give a 10 out of 5.
