The pollo al carbón is what I usually get. You can get a 1/2 or whole chicken and it comes with rice, beans, tortillas, good salsas & chiles asados! The chicken is always moist and perfectly cooked over a charcoal fire. I love the red sauce reminds me of king tacos red sauce. I’ve also gotten the nachos a couple of times, not a fan of the chips they use but they put a lot of meat. Overall you can’t go wrong with the whole chicken meal with about $15 you can feed 3-4 people. (depending how hungry they are lol)

I call and order but as soon I show up, they start preparing the order, even if I call they just take the order but do nothing till you arrive.

The chicken burrito were pretty standard nothing spectacular. I also ordered a tamale which wasn't my favorite. The masa was a dry

This place is great! They make a delicious flavorful carne asada burrito and the ceviche (with fish not shrimp) is very good. The dining space is cozy and the staff are very friendly. Great for a breakfast burrito pick up on the way to work or a lunch drop in.

The chicken is really good. It has an open flame, charbroiled taste. I had a quesadilla with chicken. The only thing I didnt like was that the quesadilla was supposed to come with guacamole but instead I got two measly pieces of plain avocado. It was still very good despite missing the guac. It was my first time trying this place out but I wi definitely try it again

$16 for a whole chicken, a pint of rich and bean with tortillas. Amazing deal and amazing food.

We liked so many things about this place!

1. Overall pricing = simply unbeatable! Got an enchilada (comes with HOUSE MADE beans — did I say it was house-made? ! Cooked from scratch! —, salad, and rice) and a breakfast burrito. Total was about $12. We couldn’t finish our food. They were huge!

2. Friendly and quick service:)

3. Charbroiled chicken did have an amazing charbroiled smokey flavor! Hmm so good!

4. Had an wheelchair accessible window. How thoughtful is that

5. Accepts cards! No minimum, no additional charges. (I wish they had an option to add tips, though. They apparently work so hard and care greatly about their food. They deserve lots of tips!)

6. Food tasted very good

Their flame grilled chicken is to cheat for. So good. Worth a drive, and worth dealing with the awful customer service their cashier regularly gives. She's so, so disrespectful to customers, so you know that chicken must really be tasty.

No MSGs here at least at the level where my body can detect them. Other Mexican places like King Taco and El Taurino use a lot of MSG that after eating their meal, I usually feel very sleepy with stiff neck muscles. I don't feel that when I am eating here. What's more, the food is good and tasty.

Definitely a place to try if you like fresh Mexican food. They have some of the best tamales in L. A. & only $1.65

Great food. Fast service. Hard to find hole in the wall. Horrible parking situation.
Thought about giving 4 stars due to lack of parking but they can't change that & it has nothing to do with the food or service.

A basic street-side joint, overlooking the dusty streets of Koreatown, and with a cook grilling full butterfly chickens adjacent, this is my idea of "excellent" decor, how else would you want to eat your tacos? Food is basic, fast and flavorful.

Excellent tacos and burritos. Horchata is top notch. I actually prefer this place over King Taco on Alvarado, and hands down better quality food than El Taurino, just not open as late.

Good place to go for a quick meal. Good range of good quality Mexican food at a reasonable price.

Hidden gem. Oh man so good. How could anyone give it bad ratings? Best Al Pastor and Carne Asada I've ever had. And the breakfast burrito is absolutely ridiculous. Oh, I will be back. And often. Burrito is huge!
