Chardonnay Garden, Livermore CA

I lived here for 5 years, it’s by far the nicest place to live as far as apartment living goes. It has a really great staff who genuinely care for your well being. It’s close to everything, library is across the street, we can walk downtown. Great pool and hot tub. Awesome walking paths and a winery super close too. A fitness room and very nice neighbors. It’s a great community to be part of.

I don't understand why this business doesn't have the 5 star rating they deserve. I don't see anything lower in the posted reviews. C"mon Googer. Get with the program. ;)

Chardonnay Garden is a great place to live! I lived there for about 10 months (because I had to break my lease earlier due to personal reasons). Monica, the manager, is SO helpful, communicative, and very kind! She made it very easy to communicate for whatever issue may have risen. Raphael is the maintenance person, and he is SO helpful and receptive. They even added more shelves for my closet (because I have so many clothes) before I moved in, and even installed the Ring for my apartment. The property is very well managed. It’s very clean and cute! I consistently used the gym as well, and it was very well maintained (and always smelled really good!). It’s a quiet complex, and you’ll never feel bothered. I would highly recommend this apartment complex!

Great experience. Property Manager is a one woman show. Monica does it all and has a good brand and reputation around the complex. Genuine, friendly, communicative and provides a good customer and tenant experience. Rafael, the complex maintenance tech is just as wonderful, trustworthy and works hard around the complex. I will say neighbors are engaging and fun. Community feeling.

My most recent experience was last week. Rafael did, as always, an outstanding job fixing several repair issues including:

Our dryer (now works like new)

A loose screen and several windows that were difficult to slide

Our air conditioning which wasn’t cooling the house. Not only did Rafael get it cooling much better, he also had an air conditioning company look at it and they cleaned the coils, etc. His extra efforts “saved” us during this week’s record breaking temperatures.

Ordering a new garbage disposal to replace our broken one and installing the new one.

Rafael is an integral part of what makes Chardonnay Garden a wonderful place to call home.

I genuinely love living here. Monica is a fantastic property manager, and Raf is extremely responsive, friendly, and efficient whenever I send a maintenance request. The property is well-kept and friendly. Thank you to the staff for wonderful work.

We recently moved to Chardonnay Gardens. We are extremely pleased. It is a wonderful community. Monica, the property manager, as well as Rafael, in maintenance, are the greatest at all levels. I, personally, couldn’t be happier to have chosen this place as my permanent residence. Love it!
