Do not move in here! I’m a clean professional that was a perfect tenant! You have to deal with really bad management and shady people that live here. I was charged a good amount to live here and it was the worst place I ever lived. My apartment was flooded twice and they wouldn’t even pay for a hotel room with my 4 year old. They took my deposit and the manager woman in the office is nasty and mean and never returned my emails. Stay away!

We have lived here for 4 years now, and this location has changed dramatically in some way and in others, not so much.

Original management years ago would essentially blow smoke and address what they felt as a priority.

Second interim management did what was needed to keep residents happy and content.

Affinity property management has done well so far with the challenges they have encountered and, again, is missing the mark in others.

Management advises that renters be in charge of the interiors while they manage the outsides, all of which are old and need to be updated.

Apartments have wall-heaters that sort-of work and older air conditioning units that are unable to cool the units if you start late in the day.

Windows are single paned and do very little to maintain temperatures, and their weather stripping is missing (in some areas), which allow breezes with windows/doors closed.

When it rains, the parking lot floods.

All in all, though, Affinity has done better than others. They have an uphill climb when it comes to their facilities here.

We are hoping they can turn this place around.
