No respect for people's time. Called ahead and they essentially said to go to any branch, even confirming that my location "accepts walk-ins". Drive over, the receptionist claimed they don't have anyone available (even for the rest of the day, though they didn't appear to check) and said that the only person can fit me in "next Wednesday".
Got a call the evening before claiming the scheduled appointment doesn't work, asking to reschedule (I'll be out of the country). Called again to get a better understanding of how best to schedule or reach out and was brushed off.
I'll be transferring my account elsewhere! It should not be this hard to meet with an actual person.
