Sandwich was made perfect. But the turkey was horrible. I couldn't eat it. Just one bite and I regretted going there. Should of went to Jersey Mike's

Friendly Fast with my 1st time visiting this location. Returning customer after today's awesome experience and great tasting fresh Philly chicken cheese hot sandwich. Compliments to the associates at 8 18 21 @ 3-5pm today

I ordered a Philly cheese sandwich was pretty good. I've also had Charley's chicken club very delicious and a fresh strawberry lemonade to wash it down. Enjoy.

They have good sandwiches, but they don't give you enough meat or veggies for the price they are asking

I stopped by Charleys today and got my regular Philly Steak and it was amazing as usual. I'm writing this review to share my satisfaction with both the employees socialism and the food. Looking at the reviews I'm in utter shock and disgust. Someone by the name of "Kristin Combs" said the new guy shouldn't be on grill. This infuriated me as it makes zero sense. You said the NEW guy isn't good.when he's NEW. Of course he needs to learn and get better. You have to realize the majority of people who work there are teens. As well as the misunderstanding of the complaint. Why is he not good on grill. Did he burn your food? Did he undercook your food? You never stated why he isn't good. People like you need to learn to state the problems to the employees so they can learn from their mistakes. Do better Please and Thank you.

The new guy on the grill needs to never be on the grill. Made my food twice before and is really not good at it. The girl and other dude were good and one of them should of been on the grill.

All of the employees were really friendly and nice, my order was made in an accurate time and it was nearly made as well as fresh.

This place Has disappointed me! Very unprofessional employee forgot to place my order which was for a lil boy with a medical issue and has to eat at a certain time Since he received his insulin. Very Unprofessional bad service. Will never return!

Haven’t been to this place in months due to pandemic closed. Saw it open had to have. Walked up towards the counter had to of been manager she was extremely rude all she said was “ order on this side” did make eye contact just text away and had her mask off. Placed an order then had to cancel because she was not wearing her mask. This location is inside of a mall and they are lucky they are allowing it to open but when u have employees this irresponsibly I wouldn’t be suprised if it gets shut down again. I walk towards hot dog on a stick. Felt safe and clean

We ordered through Postmates, and our driver gave us the wrong order. The driver came back because he noticed our order had two drinks, but he was not given them, so he took what he gave us back, and when we spoke with the store manager ahe was not helpful, and was extremely short with us and rude.we never received our order, but luckily Postmates refunded us our money.

Best Charleys Philly Steaks I've ever had! The bread is incredible! Rosie is such a doll and made sitting at the bar so fun! Make sure you try the honey garlic sauce!

Food is great.but inconsistent! I always order the California Chicken and they put like no mayo then drench it in ranch.sometimes they do mayo on both sides.sometimes one side.or very little. The young guy who takes our order is very robotic, talks at you very loudly, doesnt look at you at all.hes paying attention to his coworkers and side talking therefore your orders are usually wrong!

Ok ladies and gentlemen Charley's Philly steaks I have to say was amazing the cheddar with bacon fries off the hinges the Philly with BAcONnn cheese steak sub epic definitely a must try thumbs up

Great place to eat, however, I ordered a jalapeño cheesesteak. It was very good, but they did not put the jalapeños in the Jalapeño Cheesesteak. All I had was onions and steak.

Best Philly Cheese Steaks if there not home made and you want something quick yet delicious this is the place to go.
