My car key broke off went 2 Charlie's fixed it n took 20% off the replacement key there's good company's out here just have 2 find them and Charlie's day n nite key service is real.

This company is amazing! Prices are very reasonable and the service was great. I had to call them on a Sunday to have my house locks changed after my car was stolen. They arrived on time and were very kind. I highly recommend!

I called inquiring about pricing placed on hold iheld on so long the phone started ringing again just to be placed on hold again. When I finally got thru the price that was quoted was ridiculously high I went somewhere else an paid 20$ less than what was quoted.

I used Charlie's a few years back to remove a tow hitch lock from my highlander and make quite a few keys. Although, I didn't live in the area, I found every key made to work without a problem once I got home. Instead of having to cut the hitch lock off, they were able to pick it, which saved quite a bit of time/money. So, here I am about 2-3 years later.need a couple of keys made and needed 4 matching locks, just the right size and one key operation, for my camper tie-downs. I tried having copies of the camper keys made at Lowe's and they said the key was a specialty key and could not help me. I was in San Jose and called a locksmith who also told me it was possible he would not have the key blank. I knew I was coming back to Stockton area and had absolutely no doubt that Charlie's would be my best option to get everything I needed done at one time, in one place, and with precision knowledge. I was again very happy with the help I received, the options they had available, and when I left, everything I needed was done! Support this business, as they are the best around! I Ask to cut a blank key that came preprogrammed with replacement ecu.was told they can't cut a key unless I buy theirs and gave me no other reason or options. All this sounds like is greed. Could of made some money instead they want to make me buy another key have it programmed and cut by them smh. I'll never recommend them nor alot of other lock smith for this tactic.

Refused to program my keyless fob because they didn't get to sell it.

Had a key, to utility cabinets on a truck, that was worn down pretty good and wasn't really working all the time. Long story short, the copy worked on the first try. First place I thought of (and went to) when I knew I needed a copy. I was not disappointed.

I just bought a new car, and it only came with one key. I went down there after work and they didn't have the key I needed, but said they could order it. I got a call soon as it came in, and they programed it to my car.everyone there was helpful and nice, especially being that i am not off work until 5, so I was coming close to closing time.
