Friendly staff. Andrew Sanchez from chase private client is very helpful. He is always happy to help with any issues, questions or concerns and 0 wait time.

I dealt with the branch mangager, Lilia. Her sidekick Andrew, who works for ‘Chase Private Client’, was unable to open up a simple bank account for me. I complained to the manager Lilia who acted annoyed and would not even listen to my situation. I went to Wells Fargo and got my bank account opened within 30 minutes. I give this branch a zero score for customer service. I will file a formal complaint with Chase over poor service. In the meantime, I strongly advise to place your money elsewhere.

The premier bankers will not be honest about hidden rules which they tell me that it’s your responsibilities to read through everything in a new account owner booklet. While asking you to open a new account, which is the way they earn money and lock your money from you, they are nice but switch their attitudes while need to take their responsibilities to pay your interest. Be aware to this bank!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THERE SO CALLED BUSINESS SPECIALIST IS MORE LIKE A FAST FOOD SPECIALIST HE HAS NO EXPERIENCE IN DEALING WITH BUSINESS LIKE PEOPLE, I APPLIED FOR A BUSINESS CHECKING ACCOUNT AND I FELT LIKE I WAS APPLYING FOR A JOB, THIS PROCESS TOOK 6 WEEKS, AND EACH TIME I CALLED IN THERE WAS A DIFFERENT ANSWER OR THE PAPER WORK WAS INCOMPLETE REALLY? TO TOP IT ALL OFF I CONTACTED THERE MANAGER TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHY ITS TAKING SO LONG TO OPEN UP A SIMPLE BUSINESS CHECKING ACCOUNT. HER RESPONSE WAS GO TO OUR WEB SITE FOR ANSWERS REALLY? POOR POOR MANAGER SHE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT SHES DOING EITHER THAT'S TO BAD I WENT TO THE CHASE IN DOWNTOWN CLAREMONT THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A + THEY ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS ON THE SPOT AND TOLD ME WHAT I NEEDED TO OPEN A CHECKING ACCOUNT BE WARE THERE NICE UNTILL YOU START ASKING QUESTIONS.

Opened the account deposited one check and the account was frozen for 2 weeks due to the address on the check not matching the one on the account. After 3 visits, many calls and the person writing the check calling in 3 times, and then being called several times, the hold was lifted. I had to see it to believe it. Done. Very happy with Wells Fargo, my new back.
