Walked into this branch to make a simple wire transfer. Was refused service and told to go to another branch. They said that they now require an appointment to help you. The bank was completely empty and the staff was just sitting there doing nothing and staring at me like I was a threat. Very prejudiced staff here. Went up the street to another branch and was helped immediately. The staff needs to be retrained. I've been a member for 20 years and this was the first time I have experienced this at a chase bank. What a shame

This company is garbage. Take your business somewhere else. ANYWHERE else. Save yourself the hassle and headache. Wish I could put 0 stars.

Chase didn't inform me I was overdrafting. Now I owe them money. So happy to not consider to bank with them in the future. In a few words bank with another bank. Do not use their services.

Please do not bank here!
I would give this bank a negative 5 stars if I could. Not just this branch but the entire company!
Last Tuesday I got a letter in the mail from Chase informing me that they were in the process of closing my accounts and that THEY had decided to end our relationship. Upon receipt of this letter I contacted Chase Bank at the phone number provided on the letter. They answered the phone "compliance department" never identified themselves as Chase Bank. I was uneasy providing any personal information to them so they told me to call the phone number on the back of my ATM card. I called Chase at the phone number on my card. I spoke with a customer service agent who could not provide me with any reason for the closure of my accounts. She attempted to transfer me to the "compliance department" where I was eventually disconnected.
I then decided to drive down to my local branch of Chase Bank where I had originally opened my accounts several years ago. There I sat down with Rami Mekdache, a private client banker. I explained that I had received a letter in the mail which indicated that Chase was closing my accounts and ending our relationship. He asked me what I did for a living to which I responded that I am a registered nurse. He also asked me if any issues had come up with my accounts recently, to which I responded that there have been no issues. He then checked my accounts and said that there was some notation. He made a phone call (I dont know to where or to whom he spoke with) to try to get more information regarding these proceedings on my accounts. After a few minutes he hung up and told me that "noboby knows the reason for this", "noboby can tell me the reason", and "sometimes this just happens". He went on to say that sometimes "someone higher up just makes a determination and there's nothing that can be done about it". He also told me "my advice to you is to go open an account at another bank then withdraw your money and deposit it somewhere else. " I was appalled that a bank employee at one of the largest banks in the US was advising me to withdraw all of my money from my accounts at his bank and telling me to take it elsewhere and without being able to give me any sort of explanation as to why my accounts were being closed and our financial relationship was being severed. I asked "does this mean I can never have any bank account with Chase ever again"? He responded "yes, you can never have another bank account with Chase again". This is ridiculous. I immediately withdrew my money, in cash, and left the establishment. I was furious.
Do not bank with these clowns!

Withdrew some money from one of the tellers inside, she put it in the envelope and handed it to me. I’m stupid for not checking but money was missing and they are saying they gave me the right amount, and to top it off I had to hound them to even investigate. Looks like they don’t care and I’ll never get that money back.

Went to deposit money at this branch as I have on several occasions before and was told I could not get cash back that I need exact change. I told her I’ve done it before where I deposit $48 and give her $50 and get the difference and she refused. I told her the other teller working there has helped me without issues and I could wait for him but she immediately said he can’t do it either I’m the manager and it’s neen a policy for over 2 years especially for business accounts. Then she goes on and on on how everyone knows it’s a policy and if other branches or employees do it she can’t do nothing about it. Needless to say I went to the other branch down the street and was told they’ve never heard of that policy that the manager was just being lazy. Won’t be going to that branch again.

Just walked out. Standing in line with just one teller actively working. The other teller had 2 other employees huddled around her without at least acknowledging the line. The wait at this branch is consistently long.

Poor customer service! I might as well have been invisible, not a hello or I'll be right with you, had appointment made day prior was told there will 4 people that will be able to take the appoinment, should be out in a jiff. Guess they don't want my business. Left without any words from a Chase representative. If they dont care why should i.

Chase as a business gets 1 star. Location itself was overall good until the day I came in frustrated that I was charged an overdraft fee over something I shouldn't have been charged. I expressed my frustrations to what I think was a manager and said that I was tired if constantly fighting them over stuff like that and said im here to close my account. Without hesitation or even a second thought he let an account holder of over 12 years since Washington mutual close out an account. And the reason for a 1 star is because 2 years after I close my account. I receive an apology letter and a refund check (July 2017) saying that I was charged an overdraft fee that I shouldn't have. Something they could've easily taken care of the day I came in and would've kept themselves a customer. 2 years later!

Where do I start, she is the best banker I've ever seen, she have the best customer service and you know how customer service speaks to you like an answering machine they don't really look for solutions for you, but more like read from their manual instructions NO, she's nothing like that, she will go over and beyond to help you, all I got to say is thank you geeta, u saved me a lot of time and hassle.

I like this Chase location and the bankers I have had contact with until there was an incident today, April 8th. I don't like being asked for money from the homeless especially by the bank's entrance. I told the female bank Manager who did nothing.
