Bad customer care. They were unwilling to help me change my type of account; even though it’s a very quick service. The one banker who was finishing up with a client was even approached by the teller to see if she could quickly help me out and she said she has to go to lunch instead. She even saw me and nodded her head. Lazy bunch of people.

Great service, but they need more help. This is particularly true with the lack of tellers. The lines can be interminably long.

Irresponsible stuff, I wanted to open an account there, one of the bankers told me it just takes 15 to 20 min then he asked me to provide a document to do that. When I came back he didn’t expect me to come so early. It was around 17: 20 p.m and they suppose to close at 18.00.he left the bank and there was nobody else to help me there. After sitting and wasting 20 minutes there one lady who I don’t know what was her position there came and told me your banker came 30 min early today then he left 30 min sooner!
Are you kidding me? ! If your work hours ends at 18.00 p.m you MUST have somebody there to assist your customer. Then she said opening an account takes at least 1 hour! Then she left without even saying sorry about that!
