Chase Bank reviews
5Best customer service ever received from all the staff including bankers and tellers. They were extremely helpful and kept me updated with the situation they made my experience with Chase as always more than what I expected. Niki and Mai were very helpful, kind and knowledgeable they worked as team and got the issue resolved as fast as they could. If I were to recommend a chase bank I would definitely go with them!
Horrible costumer service. Super lazy ladies. Was asking to stop wrong payment with WesternUnion the said that I should go to food Supermarket and talk to them rather help me to with call.
This is a very nice branch when you go there often they get to know you and you can be comfortable doing your business with them.
Enjoy they make your day.
So I had finally decided that I would change banks over to Chase. What a bad decision that was. They hold every single check I deposit, even if it's under $100 for days. Every single one. They constantly lock down my checking account so I have to call in almost every time I use my debit card to get them to unfreeze my money. This is quite embarrassing when I'm in line at a store or at dinner trying to pay and all of a sudden my card declines. Then it takes 30 min to get through to someone who is in India or Pakastan and finally I verify myself again. Then after all that they transfer me to another person, in another department for them to unlock my debit card. In fact, as of this moment, my account is still frozen due to them wanting me to go in, again and prove my identity. Which by the way I have done twice, in person at the local branch already. Now I'm wishing I never changed banks. In fact, I may just switch back. What a horrible experience. Especially for a new customer.
I have been trying to call the branch bank on Mission Gorge rd for at least 30 minutes for some assistance. They do not answer their phone and I keep getting referred to on line banking. When I need service I need to talk to the branch office which I have 6 accounts with.
