4Came here twice with a problem. Staff has always helped to resolve it. Yes, parking is bad.but parking is bad everywhere in Santa Rosa LOL
I have been to other Chase bank to do my banking. I went to this branch because it was closer for me. When I told the teller I needed to withdraw money out of saving. Because the amount was larger, she asked the manager for a standby. To my surprise he asked me what I was doing with the money and what were my last transactions. I had a chase folder on the counter top so what was the big deal. I have never been treated like I wasn’t doing the right thing. Never will I go back to this bank again.

My teller was very attentive and professional. I even received a courtesy call regarding my deposit after I’d left. 5 big stars.
The wait to get into the bank is super frustrating if you can get away with using atm to deposit or withdraw from id go that route for now. Other than that staff are friendly enough the place is always spotless however parking is a nightmare.
