Bankers are clueless and when we call the helpline I got a different answer to my query each time.
Never put money here
It used to be my favorite bank. But the banking system is surely broken in this country.
Not a good branch. Unfriendly staff. I asked the teller to "cash a check" which they refused to. Which is fine, I now realize I should have asked for a deposit - but they should have offered this. On top of this, the greeter somehow managed to make me feel not welcome. I usually have good experiences with banks so this whole visit was bizarre. Will be going to a different one from now on.
Don’t make an appointment. You get assigned to one specific person, so if they’re busy, you wait. They will just wave other people in in front of you. We tried telling them we were just there to add a joint owner on an account, a task any banker could do, but no luck. Waited 30+ mins anyway.
Amazing service!
I wanted to apply for a new credit card and Matt O'Leary helped me with it. He explained all the details, gave some valuable advice. I really enjoyed talking to him. He is a real professional and, I think, a very nice person.
My card was approved immediately. Everything was done in 50-60 minutes.

Nice location with friendly and helpful staff. The interior is neat and clean. They also offer you some drinks that is always nice.
Walked in Saturday 3pm, an hour before close, to open a checking account. Teller said there's only one banker available so they don't have time to open it for us; the best way is to make an appointment. Not sure why you aren't able to open an account within one hour, I thought banks welcome new account holders. We ended up heading to the Mathilda branch and were able to open 2 new accounts within 45 minutes. I was mistaken to think smaller branches would have better customer service. I guess larger branches are better with more people to help.
This chase branch is a very comfortable place. Staff here is really polite and nice. Especiall Matt, he was so dedicated to helping me. Thank you Matt O’Leary
