Chase Bank, Sherman Oaks CA

Chase Bank has really bad customer service. No longer accept walk ins. Any issue is blamed on bank office. Specifically, deposited checks are held for arbitrary reasons. No recourse when you try to get it sorted.

Worst Chase ATM in Los Angeles. Hands down. Always out of money, or there's always a line.

Hector was a big help with opening a busniess account and I was in and out within 40 minutes.

Abysmal service. Literally were no help at all and when I asked someone else to answer the question the first person could not, they all gathered together and whispered and then came back with attitude and a fake reason to send me on my way. Literally made no sense. No wonder you have such a low rating at this Location. I miss being able to go into an establishment and receiving good customer service then actually getting something done. It’s a lost art.

Only one atm outside and the door wouldn't open even with a card for inside arms. Line was around the block. Do better

I been coming to this branch for over a year everyone here has always been polite helpful and friendly.
I personally believe if you treat people with respect you will receive same treatment, stop being angry, rude, and disrespectful towards others life is too beautiful to waste on nonsense.be

Small branch with only 2 inside tellers. Takes a while to get to the windows if someone is asking a lot of questions. Okay if you are using their ATM's

The bald manager with the beard sincerely gives a decent effort here. The armed security guard’s friendly too so yeah there’s that.

Chase Bank on Van Nuys and burbank is one if the most helpful branch I've been to. Andrew Ramirez made me feel like he cared about my issue. Great customer service and attentiveness was of the wall. Thanks Andrew keep it up!

Okay so first let me tell thus branch I can't think of anything to say it is one of the best branches starting from the branch Manager Jelani he was not there for a while now he came back one of the best Branch Mangers you can ever ask for down to earth manager anything you need help with his always there to help with anything same with Kristina who is lead teller one of the nicest leads ever always there and ready to help with anything employees are always nice smiling greeting and thanking each everyone and if anyone needs anything at all they are always there and ready to assist with anything. The branch is very well clean and neat ATMS are new and it's very great bank to go in quickly do the transaction very quick and east way.

I took my disabled father on wheelchair to this location in hot summer day for small banking service. I was rejected by supervisor who refuse to help because their associate did not show up on that day. Even supervisor didn’t want to assist us. I took my disabled father to another branch in a hot summer day for that matter and finally they did the job for us.

Luis has been trying to cash my check for 15 minutes/ the check is made in my name and is from Chase Bank. I feel like this is the slowest process I’ve ever had to cash a check. I feel like he’s unknowledgeable or they think I am a thief. He just took my id scanned my check and now I cannot cash it } they messed my check up and now they can’t cash it. They said they can’t verify a payroll check

Staff is rude and not the smartest…I asked for half of my check to be deposited and the other half cashed out, the teller w brownish red hair and tacky pink studded nails literally cashed out my whole check in singles? ! Smh While the teller on my left was being condescending to this older man who obviously needed some help…

Everyone has an attitude and are not very helpful. They either need new management or a whole new team
I recommend going to the one on sepulveda and Victory
