Chase Bank, San Diego CA

I had poor service from Nam Le at this branch and he told me to look up online for a service I came to location while no help or no info where to look it up. Been using chase for over 8 years but this branch doesn't step to chase standards.

I would recommend this branch to step to upto reputation other chase bank have.

If I could give a zero rating I would. This banks ATM stole $500+ from my card and when I explained what happened they told me call my card company. I tried withdrawing cash and after I was told the payment couldn't be processed on the atm I checked my account again and all the money was gone! Like it dispensed my cash! When it did NOT! When I asked them if they can check the footage of the time of occurrence to see for sure that no money was ever dispensed they said an investigation needed to be done. Whatever information they gave during that investigation they are making it seem like I received my money. Sooo if you like having your money stolen from you this is the best place to go!

Really great experience. Got my account opened in just 20 mins. Staff was really polite and helped in every way they could. And thanks to mengyao lin who helped me to open my account seamlessly.

I wired money international, they sent it to wrong bank. They currently keep my money and doing noting to return it to my account for tree months now. Horrible service and management

I have waited 30 minutes even though there is appointment scheduled. Very unlikely I will back at this branch.

The worst chase bank I have ever been to teller is rude and slow have bad attitude no wonder this place has 3 star, very poor management it took me 45 min to withdraw money from my account I will never go to this place and make sure I report to the higher level of management
