2 I ended up closing 1 of my accounts with Chase 4s Ranch branch and will close all of my accounts soon.
Emmanuel was rude to speak with when I stopped by at the branch. I've been a local resident since 2006. The customer service at the 4S Ranch branch back then was excellent but now it has become the worst branch in town based on my customer service experience. The branch manager did nothing to help out by the way.
Chase's Customer Service sucks. Their Notary Service is a waste of time. They can notarize only 3 docs. Also they cannot notarize all docs. If you take the same docs to UPS they will happily notarize for $15 each while chase screams and crys. The scheduled banker didn't show up for the appointment and I had to reschedule. There is no benefit in maintaining a chase back account. They waste your precious time waste, irritate you and give false promises are the reminder. I heard BOA has better customer service and they refund if they cannot notarize docs. Will be moving to BOA / DCU.
