I went in with my mother to open a checkings account and the older woman that helped us kept insisting on needing my mother’s green card even after letting us know her manager told her we didn’t need it present. At another Chase the forms of I. D.we had were fine they were just super busy so we came to this one. I decided to open the account online instead because I do believe this is a great bank but that experience was very uncomfortable.
The teller that assisted us after was very kind and helpful. If it wasn’t for the first experience with the other worker I would have given this Chase 5 stars.
