Chase Bank, Chula Vista CA

I tried to call to ask if the euros I ordered almost a week ago arrived. No one answered the phone after 5 tries. Even the Chase banker at their 800 number couldn't get them on the phone. Last time I'll do business with that branch.

The best branch ever.hardly any line, service bar none the best in banking.friendly people always willing to help.in and out, I have banking here since they opened and got nothing to complain about.

Garrison is the best employee to assist with any of your banking or notary needs. And if he can't do it, he will help you figure out who can and what can be done. I'm really grateful to know him.

Went in for CC info no sign in board. Sat for thirty minutes. No one greeted or acknowledged my presence. Lady finishes with customer and sits until her next appt came in. Recommend better customer service. Never coming to this location again.

The bankteller lady nearly looses my i.d, and refuses to look for it, insisting she gave it back to me, until I finally convince her to look for it, only for her to find on the floor, poor experience

I needed a document notarized, Garrison was able to get it done for me same day, within the hour that I called to make an appointment! I’ve been with Chase for many years, and experiences like that are why I will happily be with Chase for years to come. Thanks for being awesome, Garrison:)

How long does it take to open a business bank account? Apparently 3 appointments and 2-3 hours of my time. To be fair, the "system for making appointments " was not working for the first appointment and the person I was to meet was not even working. There's that. The next person on my next appointment couldn't open the account because the, "system was down nationwide". No can do.ugh! Third appointment, 12-1 and they thought it was 1-2. OK so I wait.and wait and OK wait. Annnnnddd done
