Chase Bank reviews
5Michelle was very helpfull & patient. She is quite skilled at her job; and, i recommend her when in need of account services. A real treasure of an employee for Chase Bank.
I rarely go in the evening, but this ATM is in plain view of a main street and in a busy shopping center parking lot.
They should hire more people to work there. Communication between workers is lacking. One worker said “you don’t need an appointment” and another said they don’t accept walk-ins.
FIRST OF ALL THESES PEOPLE DON'T HELP YOU WITH WHAT THE SITUATION IS THEY ARE SPEAKING ON SOMTHING TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT I DON'T THINK THAT THESES PEOPLE HAVE COMMON SENSE ITS LIKE THEY ARE TRYING TO CONVINCE ME OF WHAT THEY WANT ME TO BELIEVE WHAT THEY ARE SAYING IS REAL WHIICH IT'S NOT. DON'T AGREE WITH NOTHING THAT THEY ARE SAYING. I AM GOING TAKE FURTHER ACTIONS. PHYLLIS HUNTER
There were 2 tellers and a long line. I was just trying to come inside and get in line when I am greeted by not 1, not 2, but 3 different people. These people could have been actually helping customers but instead got in the way. Literally blocking my entrance trying to hold the door open on the way in and the way out. I get that I'm in a wheelchair and people's instinct is to open doors for me but for the love of my sanity please don't stand in the doorway while holding it open. Better yet just leave me to go about my business. Go get behind the plastic and help people.
