Chase Bank, Fresno CA

Hate ti do business with chase always long line only 1 or sometimes 2 cashier
Need to hire more people don't have time to stand in line for too long

The ATM never works. And now the double doors are always locked. Can never just "run" to the bank.

Honestly the employees here are really nice and I've always had a good experience with them but this branch really needs some help. There are always lines inside because the machine outside rarely works and sometimes the machines inside with the employees don't work either. I think it could be a nice branch since the location is in a good spot near alot of shopping areas. The 3 stars are for the employees and the outside seems clean I'd give a 1 star to the company for not keeping their branch working and up to date. Be better to your employees chase bank they deserve a working environment that actually works.

Terrible bank do never go to this bank. They cancel my account. I've been with them for 3 and a 1/2 years as a business account for them. Not to at least let me know why they don't have no balls. To let me know why they cancel my account. Never had a bad check. My business has been extext Chanel beautiful top of the line put a lot of money over million dollars in this bank. All I have to say is screw Chase. Screw the financial financial institution and screw. The people that run the decision to close my account. Because they don't have the decency to call somebody or mediation.
Do not go to this bank, do not make the mistake. Look, the look at the reviews. They just cut you at your toes. I got 2 letters that doesn't make sense. They said there was some stuff going on in my account. But they don't have no balls to confront me of front. I'm gonna leave it in the Lord's hands. God bless everybody who looks at this. Understand this, fill me it was not right.

I am unable to even talk to anybody at the bank I don’t know what in the heck is going on there but nobody will answer!
