4My favorite bank. Staff members are helpful, pleasant and professional. This is my favorite bank. Waylon, Frank and Xiu are some of the staff I deal with most of the time I visit.
They are always short staff, never answer phone calls, poor customer service. The worse chase branch I've ever seen. They should shut it down.
Made an appointment for notary services. And then set up meetings with my clients based on that. Went to the branch, they said that the employee who does notary servies is off today. Totally disappointing. Ruined my day. Even they didn't apologize. The worse branch I've ever seen.
This is definitely not their best branch. I tried to avoid going to the bank in person, but sometimes there's no other choice. Everything takes a ridiculously long amount of time to complete, and they directed me to call a phone number while I was there. If I'm already there in person, perhaps I've wasted enough time already. Waste of time.
