Toni (sp?) the teller, she was very helpful and patience with me, even i was a bit frustrated with the alerts setting, my silly operator error. Very much appreciated.
I wish Chase would lower the minimum daily balance of $1,500 to avoid $12 / month fee. I am not sure how many of us can afford to have that $1,500 parked at the bank daily, if we did not have direct payroll banking, to avoid fee.if you miss $1,500 a day a month, that is $144 a year in fee.
