Chase Bank, Glendale CA

People answering on the phone need training for good customer service. It is either no one will answer or a not polite employee you will speak to you. Definitely this bank should close and hire new trained employees.

This review is for the parking attendent at Chase. Today I visited the Glendale Chase bank, which I bank at often. The 'parking attendant'- allegedly named 'David' harassed me under the guise of 'doing his job'. I parked in front of the bank as I had to take a call before going in to do my banking. A few minutes later
'David' banged on my window and said I couldn't park there unless I was banking. I told him I was and continued my call. 10 minutes later he bangs on my window again and says I can't park there. Then lies and says there is a 15 minute limit which I know is a lie because the car next to me has been parked the entire time beside me. He then mumbles some other nonesense and takes a picure of my licenese. By this time I finish my call and go inside to do the banking that I came to do. This is unacceptable. I reported it when I was inside the bank and via phone and the bankers seemed pretty non-chalant about the whole incident. Please care more about how your customers are treated. Do better- Chase.

Very unprofessional staff, with ugly attitudes to clients. I wonder they get a job in Chase.
U guys should work somewhere in fields but not with people. Mostly staff are armenian, don’t have anything against, but very unfriendly. Don’t recommend anyone to have any dealings with that brunch.
One star I gave you it’s to much for you.

Excellent bank, they solved all my questions, I would like to especially mention Youssef Nehmi, who showed outstanding intelligence when solving my problems.

I wish I could give this branch negative amount of stars. Horrible customer service. The branch workers have no idea what they’re doing.

I just went to this branch to use the ATM inside the branch. The ATM didn’t have any envelopes by its side. I went up to a window to get an envelope (closed window but there was girl standing there with a stack of envelopes right in front of her). I asked her for an envelope, but she told me to go stand in line.all I needed was one envelope. I went around to see if there are some envelopes sitting outside other windows. Someone else pointed me towards the line. These people are unbelievable. Both times, they refused to pay attention to what I needed. I ended up leaving the branch without an envelope …
