This was a 5-star experience. The masseuse was absolutely amazing, and their technique was so thorough and intricate. They really knew how to target those deep knots and tension in my muscles. I could feel the tension melting away with each stroke. The pressure was just right, not too intense but definitely strong enough to get the job done. The masseuse's hands seemed to have this intuitive knowledge of my body, knowing exactly where to focus and how much pressure to apply. It was like they were reading my muscles and providing exactly what they needed. The whole experience was incredibly relaxing, and I left feeling like a brand new person. The ambiance of the place was so soothing, with soft music playing in the background and a calming scent in the air. The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment I walked in to the ending of my massage. Let’s me start off by saying this was one of the best massages I have had since I touched down in Beverly Hills. I got a layer massage that made me feel brand new. Plus I am 6 ft 1 and plus size and she handled me with ease! Juanita is top 3 most talented massage therapist I’ve in my lifetime. My friend has been going to her for a few months for side lying massages her migraines have disappeared. I took her appointment this week and quickly realized why she has to book him a week in advanced. 10/10 would recommend. I’m a former athletes with lots of issues and his pressure is able to get into the deeper muscles. I was able to roll over through out the night without my lower back or hips waking me up last night. First time in a long time.

"We needed a long overdue massage from our travels. We did our research on Yelp! After reading the reviews we decided this place is legit and proper. We went online, and called to book, and paid for a 60 mins couple massage here. The masseuses were great.

They both asked if the strength is correct and what areas are bothering us. I was really tight and tension, she really helped me release the knots in my back. She worked on some of my acupressure/acupoint. They offer hot stone and cupping with no additional cost. However due to timing, I didn't get to try the hot stone or cupping. We will return again next time. "

This place is amazing! The service is excellent, the place is very clean, there is plenty of parking, and for a great price you get a full body massage. The quality of the massages and the price alone makes me want to go at least once a week. This spa is so good I would like to keep it a hidden gem, but this business deserves to be known.

Massage: Juanita paid attention to details. Felt for tight spots and worked through the muscles. Helped my shoulders loosen up! Worked through the joints that were lacking mobility. Now I can move my shoulders and arms more.

Facial: LORDT THERE FACIAL IS MAGNIFICENT! They did almost and everything cleanse, scrub, electrolysis, scrubs, mask, and more. I mean honestly they blew me away with the facial. I will return for the facial alone. I’m addicted

I've been twice. Each time was a great and relaxing experience. The first time, I had an hour massage. It was a combination body massage. The second time was a 2 hour session. 1 hour foot and 1 hour body. Both times I left feeling amazing. The front desk staff are friendly, and the masseuses are skilled. My goal is to make this a monthly visit because face it, we all deserve small luxuries. 10/10 I recommend!

Great massage, I came in with a pinched nerve on my left shoulder and the therapist went above and beyond to help me. After 2 days I was much better. I have never received such a great massage before and the price is just unbeatable. Great service, will be coming back.

Hands down the best in town! I've been a member since 2018, and my mom even longer. I always got a monthly facial, and loved every single one I got. I couldn't say a bad word if I tried about my experiences with facials. I finally became brave enough to try the massages, and unfortunately had a couple bad experiences in the past. However, I think it's all about finding "the one" because when I did, it changed everything. Now I make it a regular appointment. My go-to masseuse is Juanita. She is experienced, thoughtful, and thorough. Of course this is all great, but the customer service at the front rounds out how fantastic this location is. She is the BEST! She's personable, always has my best interest, funny, and kind. She makes the whole experience easier and better. Highly recommend to go here if you're in Beverly Hills/LA.

Traveling from Charlotte to California, for surgery was pretty stressful, Juanita helped out a lot with my post op massages. I thought it was going to be a lottt more painful, but it wasn’t as bad as I thought. I felt so good after receiving them, a lot of swelling went down. It for sure helped in the end with having the best results possible.

Even though they advertise for lymphatic drainage and post operative care massages, I’d still highly recommend Chateaux Muse if you’re looking for a new place to try for normal massages like Swedish, deep tissue, and sports. If you’re seeking a rejuvenating and therapeutic experience, look no further!

Juanita was amazing! It's quite uncommon for me to ever fall asleep during a massage, as I want to make sure I'm present and able to fully enjoy the treatment, however i was mesmerized by her technique and was lulled to sleep halfway through the treatment. 10/10 would love to do this all over again soon.
